I believe I paid $49 HKD for a meal here, which included a drink as well. I am always in the mood for some cha shu and rice, so I ordered that with a side of milk tea - I will never ever get sick of HK style milk tea. At Fairwood, you pay, wait for food to be ready, and find seats yourself. The hardest part about this place is finding a table to sit at. It was super busy when we came here and it was a week day too. The staff who works there help people get a table, so that made it easier. In terms of the food, the cha shu was amazing and the portion size was generous. The milk tea was just okay - same standard as Boston, but in terms of HK standards, it was mediocre. At restaurants like this, I do feel somewhat pressured to eat faster because there are always people waiting to get seated. If you are looking for a place to eat and chill, this probably isn't the best place for you. However, if you are looking for a quick, delicious meal, I highly recommend this! They have so many other options available here too so you cannot go wrong :) read more
