The sliced beef brisket was flavorful and tender. We ordered two bowls of noodles that we customized so we could try a bit of everything. The beef brisket wasn't as tender as I had hoped so I recommend going with the sliced beef brisket. The portion for noodles is on the smaller side so there is definitely room for dessert. That's worthy for a go or two or three or four. The fin soup had good flavors, very smooth, so pretty sure there's a lot of starch powder for the effect. It's not that chunky so dont bet on getting full off of that. Spot is near the MTR station, shouldn't be hard to find
