The béarnaise, while delicious, was unnecessary (as my husband put it) because the meat was so perfect. Look, I might agree with him - but I liked the béarnaise. So I'm not sorry I got it. We got a small cake soaked in rum with some sauce and merengue and it was delicious. So happy we got it. During the meal we requested our waiter (David - who was amazing and an absolute treat) recommend wine for our meal and the wine he recommended was perfect with our dinner. We got to give our kudos to the chef when we finished eating. Which was so nice, because when you have a meal like this - you want to say thank you and celebrate! Another fun feature of this restaurant is you can see in to the kitchen through a glass window. It was SO COOL getting to see everything be prepared!
