Fantastic customer service and high quality work! Very responsive, on time and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

I accidentally ran into my garage door while backing up and was so devastated. I quickly called ZZ garage doors and Omar answered my phone call and even consulted with me on the phone after I texted him pictures of the garage door. Omar came over to assess the damage within 30 Minutes of my phone call. Luckily, my entire door didn't have to get replaced and Omar was able to salvage the garage door. He repaired the railing, dent, and frame. My garage door now works as if nothing happened to it! I would definitely recommend Omar and his company to anyone that is looking for a garage door repair. read more

We are on a home protection plan and this company was right on top of responding to it and within an hour Omar was here and was able to get my garage door working again. Omar was very professional and explained everything as he was going alone. I even learned somethings from him as well. We would definitely have Omar again with no hesitation. Thank You again Omar for your service read more

Omar has been clutch for all my garage door issues. I have called at least 10 times for jobs for people that I work with. Every time he has been priced better than the competition, but more importantly he is honest about the situation. He won't try to scare you into getting all the hardware replaced if it is only small thing that needs to be adjusted or lubricated. read more

My home warranty company referred me to ZZ Garage Doors. I reached out to Omar within minutes....he was friendly, warm, and professional. I sent him pictures of the door. He set a time frame of 11-1, then later texted a more exact time of 11:45. He showed up promptly at 11:45. When he arrived he examined the door and pointed out all of the issues/problems and explained what the insurance would & would not cover. Omar then got down to business of repairing my garage door. Sooner than expected he had replaced the springs, tightened nuts/bolts and made my door functional again. Afterwards he walked/talked me through the repairs, and educated me on the workings of my garage door, which I had no knowledge of. Omar turned what was a stressful day into a pleasant experience. Thank you Omar! read more

New Generation Custom doors says the mechanic that was here yesterday did poor workman ship.. says I was set up for failure.. my claim was denied by ins company because the mechanic explained the problem wrong.. do not hire this guy! read more

Omar is great. He does great work without trying to upswell or pressure you to invest in things you don't need. It's nice to have someone to trust with major repairs like your garage door. read more

OMAR is the best of the best. Did a home warranty service call even though I'm an hour away from him. The warranty company at first was not going to authorize new infrared sensors but Omar pushed the issue and found that they in fact were covered under warranty, and he got them replaced in no time. Super knowledgeable and friendly and professional and I would HIGHLY recommend him if you have any garage door repair needs. read more

ZZ Garage Doors was dispatched to my home by Republic Homeowners Warranty. The setting up of the appointment was easy with an initial phone conversation and follow up texts to finalize the day and time. Easy to work with. Jay, who performed the service, replacement of gear on the single garage door opener, is very friendly and professional. He did recommended that I have both doors balanced as they were off and he serviced both of doors, which was not covered my homeowners warranty, but I know I needed to get it done. He balanced, tightened all screws and rivets and lubricated both doors and they are smoother now. I talked to Omar prior to having this extra service done and he was very fair regarding the pricing of the additional work. read more

Omar quated me a price Came to the house replaced 2 cables and charged me the quated price DID A GREAT JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER HONEST AND THOROUGH read more

The 20-year old Liftmaster had its golden years but was in need of a checkup. Old Republic home warranty company dispatched ZZ to the rescue or in this case help put it down peacefully. Omar was on time and spent a good amount of time testing the insides but he had to give a bad prognosis. It needed to be replaced by a younger, sexier, quieter, belt-driven, wi-fi connected, and keypad enabled version. So be it. After some negotiations we agreed on a fair price and he did all the paperwork. Again, Omar went out of his way to do the install in a timely manner and I appreciate that. I'm happy to report that after a few weeks, everything works like a champ. I got my $295 reimbursement from Old Republic and a fully functional garage opener. Yay me. read more

Omar was responsive and kind. Will use him in the future. Came to service our new homes garage door system.

They are quick professional and reasonably priced. Had them out for two seperate calls. One company wanted me to replace door, opener and other items to the tune of $2,500.00, ZZ GOT ME UP AND RUNNING WITH A BETTER spring system for $175.00. Big differance read more

I'm pretty sure my garage door used to activate the Richter Scale and wake up any sleeping neighbors anytime I opened it. It was getting annoying and something needed to be done. I called ZZ Garage Doors based on a reference from a friend. The technician came out and explained to me that the motor I currently had in there wasn't the best and it was even too weak for my door. He suggested a replacement motor and within a short period of time had it installed and ready to go. The price was reasonable and the work was done in an acceptable time frame. He even cleaned up around where he worked (I hate when people come do work and leave a mess!) Now my garage door is quiet; which in itself was worth the money! I would recommend giving the guys at ZZ a call if you have any garage door issues. read more

I filed a claim with our Home Warranty company, Old Republic Protection Company. I had several bad experiences with another Home Warranty Company in a previous house, so I really didn't expect to get much out of process. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised when Omar called to make an appointment and then took the time to explain exactly what of policy covered. It even got better when Omar showed up on time, wore a mask and went right to work. Professionalism doesn't begin to explain Omar. He evaluated to problem, explained the solution, and within 30 minutes had our garage door working. I couldn't have been happier with Old Republic Protection and Omar, owner of ZZ Garage Door. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had, by far. I am not sure how they keep can call them selfs a business. I scheduled my appointment and they gave me a window of 2 hours. They never bothered to call me to tell me that they would be over 30 minutes past that time frame because they had been to busy to call me. If I could give them no stars I would. They wanted me to reschedule for another day. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!! Call another company that will be reliable. Customer service is horrible trust me if you value your time dont call! read more

I have to say that ZZ Garage Doors provided amazing service. Omar went above and beyond to make sure that my door is operational. He provided service beyond his responsibility. ZZ was originally sent from my home warranty company. The balancing of my door was not covered and I was disappointed that I was going to pay an additional $200 for this. Needless to say, Omar didn't charge anything close to that and said "I just want my customers to be happy". This guy doesn't know me at all and took care of me like I'm a friend or family member. I can't say enough about his pleasant demeanor and quality work. He also took the time to explain how to lube the door. If you want quality service and an extremely fair price, call ZZ Garage Doors. read more

I was in a rush to get to work in the morning and of course, my garage door wouldn't open. You can only access it though the door and to manually open it is kinda impossible for me. I called a friend who recommended this service company. The guy who came out was super friendly.. expecially for 7 am. He fixed the door super fast and let me know what the exact problem was. I'll need to replace the mechanics soon and I'll definitely be calling ZZ back! read more

ZZ Garage Doors is great! My garage door was jammed open. ZZ Garage took care of it simply, quickly, and affordably. Not only that, the technician did a thorough job inspecting the door and its components and showed me that the jamb seals were worn out. He explained to me that jamb seals keep out water and debris, which is really important when you're using your garage as a storage area. I'm looking to replace the whole garage door before winter, and I will definitely be using ZZ Garage Doors! read more

Called Old Republic to get garage opener worked on as it had power but nothing worked. Did a little research and figured it was the logic board because even the chamberlain manual indicated the same. Called on Thursday, they told me ZZ Garage would be in contact. No call until Sunday. Came out on Friday and indicated the logic board was out then says the sprocket is bad that the cables should be replaced, says the side brackets is bad and that the pole might need replacement. I indicated that only wanted the side bracket replaced and the logic board as the warranty apparently only covers the opener itself. Get a call today from Old Republic who says they are denying the claim because the strain on the door caused the logic board to burn out. They even spoke to Omar about it after he told me that the warranty would cover that part. For my effort all I got was someone who gave bad information to the insurance company who I have to fight with now and a BIG UP SALE! If does not take an engineer to know that the logic board does not fail with strain - that would be the motor. Now the only recourse I have is to fix it myself or hire another person at my own cost and hope Old Republic would agree to pay....good luck with that! If you have a choice to use another company than ZZ Garage ask, if you have a chance to choose another home warranty company besides Old Republic do it! read more

Exactly what the doctor ordered. They came out and fixed my garage door. Showed up on time and couldn't beat the price.

Horrible customer service. They give us an appoitment and didn't show up and they weren't flexible rescheduling despite it was their fault .

Simply put, Omar is the man to see for your garage door needs. I tried other providers and all I got was pushy, overcharging morons that don't seem to know how to communicate or keep appointments. Omar provided professional, quick, reasonably priced services. Don't even bother calling the other guys. You'll only waste time and be frustrated. read more
