What was a stressful situation was made so much easier because of their kindness, compassion, and flexibility. They were understanding and accommodating while I handled my dog's emergency, and I truly appreciated how patient and supportive they were during such a difficult moment. On top of that, the garage door opener installation was excellent -- everything works perfectly. Once done, I was texted photos/videos of the finished job and payment options. It's rare to find a company with both great workmanship and genuinely caring people. Thank you, Kyle and Tisha, for going above and beyond.

Tom was responsive and took the time over the phone to understand the problem and provide me with a quote sight unseen. When Tom arrived, he assessed the situation and was honest with me and let me know I actually did not need to replace the sensors. He executed a 25-point safety checklist and had my door working properly in no time. In my book being honest gets you a customer for life. He could have easily just replaced the sensors and charged me what he quoted me, but he did the right thing as a businessman.
