FRAUDULENT COMPANY !!! *** RUN!!! Save yourself from their LIES, DISHONEST quotes, OUTRAGEOUS prices, UNSKILLED technicians & getting passed around on the phone with every different member of their family to still be left with a OUTRAGEOUS bill & a BROKEN garage. I should have called the police !!!! Noy the "Owner" showed up to give me a quote on my broken garage. I could barley understand this man's broken English but he quoted $200-$400 to swap out my old garage springs. Seemed accurate to what others had quoted me that day. Noy also said he had the parts with him and offered to fix right then. I agreed. (Never handed a service agreement) I have the most basic, cheapest Aluminum, non insulated door there is. After THREE struggling hours in the garage - He came to my front door with a bill for the 2 swapped springs. The total he tried to hand me was 1,320.00 !!!! YOU CAN GET A BRAND NEW GARAGE WITH INSTALLMENT FOR THAT PRICE!! BUT WAIT!!! The worst part about it was THE GARAGE WAS STILL BROKEN AND WORSE THAN BEFORE. Which I why the guy never cared to show me his finished work. Just came knocking at my front door all packed up to leave. Once I realized that this man was trying to ROB me I then asked him to give me the number to his supervisor. He REFUSED. I then said- I will just call the number listed on the work shirt you're wearing. Which was an "old" shirt & the number wasn't in service anymore..... ? Mind you he parked his unmarked car down the street out of my view ?? So many red flags. That's when I threatened to call the police. The man immediately started saying "okay, okay I give you a better deal". As you can see in the invoice photos I attached, the man started scribbling the numbers down- Confirming my husband would be able to easily fix the garage door easily now that he put the new springs on ????? In the end ITS MY FAULT for not calling the police and being LIED to on the phone by (HIS DAD? BROTHER?) that they would send a more "skilled" technician out the next morning for me. Confirming "Noy" (the listed owner) was a "new" technician (wearing an old shirt?) LIES !!! I gave them $400 In cash that day & THEY DID NOT send anyone out nor call me the next day. I found these guys when I did "Request a quote" on Yelp, and they got back to me right away. I was especially appreciative of this fact, as it was a Sunday and not many business were open. They sent a technician right away who did an evaluation and provided an estimate. He needed to get the part, but he was back first thing in the morning (literally - I hadn't had my coffee yet : ). Everything was fixed quickly and professionaly - just in time to get my car out of the garage to take my kid to daycare in the morning. Very impressed and would highly recommned. TL;DR - Technician tried to quote me $950-$1700 to fix garage when the problem was simply a loose plug that he didn't even see. Terrible and fraudulent interaction. Cannot comment on quality of actual garage work, though. Full review - My girlfriend and I noticed that our garage was not working so she made a request for a free estimate on how much repairs would be. This company messaged her over Yelp to say that they would send someone over for a free estimate on Sunday September 18, 2022. The technician they sent over was initially a very nice and warm guy... but he quickly turned into a typical "salesperson" and trying to get the most money out of me and my girlfriend. When he took a look he basically used as much fluffy language to convince me that my garage door was super outdated and that a replacement from any other company would take 4-6 months (yet, somehow, his company is able to replace it THAT day). I'm not experienced in knowing the ins and outs of a garage motor, but it was very obvious he was trying to take advantage of my ignorance to capitalize on profits. He quoted me 3 different tiers of replacement levels: basic-$950, medium-$1499, heavy-$1700. Throughout the entire conversation, he made sure to repeat that he was the supervisor of the company. Yet, later in the conversation he said he would have to "discuss with his manager if he could approve a discount". What kind of supervisor needs a manager's approval? Clearly he was BSing me. By the end of the conversation, my gf and I still wanted to weigh other options in fixing the garage motor, but he was relentless in his pressure to try and get us to pay for the job that day. Very annoying. When we made it clear we wanted to shop around and wouldn't be paying anything that day, he demanded $39 for the "service call." When we said that this service was supposed to be a FREE ESTIMATE as promised, he replied with "so what... I work for free?" ... LOL what work did you do? you literally took 10 minutes to try and scam me. After he realized he wasn't getting any money from us, he stormed out of our property very rudely, clearly disappointed that he didn't get to prey on us. By the way, a couple days later I was looking at the electrical in my garage. The problem was simply a lose cord that was not tightened. Once I secured the plug back into the socket, the entire system was back to normal. Imagine quoting someone $950 for something that could be fixed for free. I should also clarify that my 1-star review reflects my interaction with the particular gentleman that came over my house, not the company's quality of work (which I obviously cannot comment on). read more

Technician who called me was unprofessional. I tried to understand him to the best of my ability, but he had a condescending tone, would not let me speak, and wanted to come straight to my house. A hanging bike in our garage which we had just hung days prior, didn't realize when garage door opened it would hit the bike since we rarely open the garage door. Oh man I was in for a ride! Not only did the bike tire wedge the garage door but cause it to come off the track leaving it bent and crooked... it's been such a rough month for us this month, Definitely not what we needed on a Sunday afternoon. He couldn't make the evening but communicated clearly with me and showed up on time early the next morning. Initially, he came to do an inspection on the garage door opener and determined that it's 20-year lifespan had run its course, and needed to be replaced. He did not have a replaceable unit in his truck at that moment, but after quoting me a very fair and competitive price, he went out immediately to retrieve the necessary replacement and materials. I was quoted 599 over the phone and when the guy got to my house he than changed the price to 699, i told brim about it and he said it was 699. I purchased the whole new unit to replace my old one from the company, and instead of replacing everything the way a professional would do, the installer was so lazy, he didn't even replace the wires old wires with the new ones that came with the unit, he cut and spliced the old wires and cut the new photo eye wires and spliced them to the old wires instead of just replacing the old wires to the new ones that came with the unit. I would not refer this company to anyone. Bad buisness, lazy! I would not refer this company to anyon, they will try and rip you off. read more
