Hired then home DEEP CLEANING SERVICE. Left home and came back 5 hours later to little to NOTHING…read morebeing done. In the 6 WHOLE hours only my bathroom tubs & shower, 2 of the bathroom countertops, oven/stove, microwave and THATS ALL. All that was not done is as follows, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, no baseboards, windows, kitchen counters, Blinds, light switches, outside of refrigerator, no dusting, no wall spots, no dining table in 6 HOURS. If I would have known that the cleaning service would take 8-10+ hours I would have chosen to go with another company. My husband and I told the man respectfully we can't continue with this service because it's unacceptable, but not only for the time that it would take, the main reason was because when then cleaner said he was almost done and ONLY had to vacuum left, I responded to him and told him that there still were many things in the home that he had yet gotten around to cleaning. To which he then became verbally and physically annoyed. I call the owner who stated he was the SON and he proceeds to blame me saying I didn't give his dad at least 8-10 hours to perform the deep cleaning when the job wasn't even 1/4 done. He went back and forth with me trying to pull on my heart strings saying his dad is older and I should understand the length of time and that they only were a small business and could send the one person who was his father. To be clear, I don't mind that it was one older individual, I only care about the quality of work being done in a timely manner. Also it's important to feel safe in our home and not have someone make you feel uncomfortable when you tell them that the job is not being done correctly or at all. When the "Cleaner" kept saying "IM ALMOST DONE, I ONLY HAVE FLOORS" I told him, No sir you have to DUST, WINDOWS, COUNTERS, BASEBOARDS, ect... I even had him re-clean the shower because there were still a bunch of calcium build up on the ground and he proceeded to "huff & puff" as well as shake his head the whole time. On the phone call, The company requested that I pay half of the quoted price even though I felt the work completed did not justify that amount. I ultimately paid $100.
Pictures are included, these photos are taken after almost 6 hours of him being at our home from 8:45am - 2:30pm, and him saying he is done and only has vacuuming left to do for our home to be complete and cleaned.
UPDATE- the owner stating in his review that we threw " RACIAL SLURS " at his father is absolutely. We are not those kind of people and would have never said such a thing as race has nothing to do someone cleaning our home.
