We were able to find a table with no issue and while there were a few people in line ahead of us to order, it moved quickly. I got an iced coffee (there are several options for flavored syrups) and a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, they didn't have egg and cheese on a croissant but I got one with sausage and it was very easy to take off. Everyone was very friendly and we loved looking at all the decor. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to coffee spot.

About a half dozen tables are set with crisp linen and china. Menu is simple and straight forward. I highly recommend the Tea for Two, or the deluxe version of this if you're really hungry! Tea offerings are plentiful and loose tea brewed. Very authentic! We each got a different flavor of tea under the advice of our wonderful server Dana! Because tea pots are bottomless we were able to sample and share a variety! Highly recommend their Windsor blend as well as the peppermint teas. Soup and quiche of the day were delicious to say the least. Warm creamy tomato bisque and fluffy broccoli cheese quiche started us off. Followed in a timely but not rushed second course of a three tiered tea plate filled with perfectly executed sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam and dainty bite size sweet treats. Crustless, finger sandwiches were filled with creations like the Queen's coronation chicken salad, egg salad, and apple cheddar salad, strawberry cream cheese and cucumber slices. Heavenly! Fresh baked scones were light and fluffy inside and buttery and lightly crisp on the outside. Dainty sweet treats included butterscotch mousse, salted caramel macrons, butterfly tea cakes and caramel chocolate shortbread. Portions are plentiful but not overwhelming. We each took a small box of a few bites that weren't able to be finished. Overall we can't say enough good things about this lovely hidden gem right on Rt 15. It was worth the hour drive and every penny spent. We're looking forward to coming back and enjoying this tea house and their lovely staff many more times in the future.

The tea was good too although I couldn't finish mine since there was so much of it lol. Maybe they can think about having to go cups? Or if they do offer them at the end of service. The scones were so good! They also have a little bakery when you first walk in which is nice. Great customer service as well.

Great Coffee and Interesting Food Options We stop by whenever we are back in town. Great Coffee! They will have several selections of brewed coffee available at any time to grab and go. In addition, there will be selections they will grind and brew by the cup. These will take a bit of time as each cup will start out with freshly roasted beans, individually weighed then ground. Finally the coffee is brewed in single servings. You get what you pay for here! You won't find McDonalds coffee prices, but what you get in no way compares! The soups and daily specials are always interesting and freshly prepared. Usually a great selection of muffins and bagels too. Don't get there late though as things sell out on some days! We always leave with a freshly ground pound or two of Electric City Coffee. It was probably roasted within a week or two of purchase. I just wish I lived closer so I could visit more often! read more

Worst customer service ever!! 5 times in a row! Tall redhead cant stay off her phone or being a chatty cathy too busy talking about boyfriends and flirting with customers to pay attention to customers. Hate to do this because the product is descent -- but as a person who's business relies on customer service, if I had one of my staff disregard my customers the way she does, I'd be out of business. read more

Great food, chai lattes, and atmosphere! I spent a good portion of a day here on a recent visit to the area, and I was able to use the wifi and work pretty comfortably while enjoying the great music and excellent breakfast and lunch. Highly recommended! read more

Zummos has decent coffee but their staff can be very rude and the atmosphere is not always welcoming. They have very limited vegetarian/vegan options (it's 2013, get with the program) plus, their staff doesn't usually know what is in any of the meals. read more

The woman who took our order gave off an unwelcoming impression and came across as somewhat rude through her tone and body language. She did not interact much with us and made the ordering experience feel a bit uncomfortable. However, her coworker, who had black/brown and blonde hair, was incredibly kind, which helped balance out the experience. The biggest disappointment was the drinks. I ordered a hot cocoa, but it tasted similar to a packet of hot chocolate you could make at home. The marshmallows were the small crunchy kind, which was not what I expected. One positive is that they offered oat milk, which was appreciated since I am lactose intolerant. My boyfriend ordered a chocolate milk, but unfortunately, it was also not enjoyable. It tasted more like straight chocolate syrup or powder that had not been properly mixed rather than a smooth chocolate milk. We also tried a peanut butter cookie, which had a good flavor, but it was partially melted from how warm the shop was. I personally prefer softer cookies, so the texture was not really my preference, but it was decent overall. The prices were fairly reasonable, although the small chocolate milk felt a bit expensive at $3.75 considering the quality and for it being a small. Overall, the atmosphere and aesthetic of the café were great, but the drinks and inconsistent customer service left a lot to be desired.
