The store is poorly maintained, things are constantly disorganized, and the shopping experience is frustrating. Management seems completely disconnected from what is actually happening on the floor. Instead of addressing problems and improving the store, they make customers and employees deal with the consequences of poor organization and poor leadership. The store needs serious improvement, especially when it comes to management, cleanliness, organization, and actually taking responsibility for the condition of the store. For a company as large as Walmart, the quality of this location is honestly unacceptable.

Generally a helpful staff but always short handed in the photo and computer department. Expect it to take some time if you are going there. I've never been in and out if there quickly. (Those particular departments that is). Self check out is great if you have any clue on how to scan items and bag them yourself. If you are computer challenged --don't go through the self checkout line. It will only confuse and frustrate you. Save yourself the time. My mom's in her 80's and she says she'll wait the extra time to go through the line with a live checkout person. Just an FYI. Wide variety of products and the price match is nice also. Just like any other busy place, finding the key 'slower' times are best to go and browse. I would recommend it and will go again. I always do.

Then had a guy look me in the face and cut in front of me in line at checkout and just dared me to do something about it. Nobody intervened, he wouldn't have done that if I was a man. Women shouldn't have to put up with weird aggressive men just to buy a couple of things. The lady got angry that we had two separate orders (two account holders) in one shopping cart. Wanted to rush us through the checkout process and kept making passively aggressive comments, finally I had to tell her to go stand where she was and I'd ask her to come over when she was needed. Then when she was needed for alcohol, she got confused by the order arrangements and made us conduct a separate 3rd transaction. That could've been a one off but on the way out, our 2 year old daughter asked the door checkout man to please draw a smiley face (silly kid request but still) on the receipt and he deadass said no. They also sell the typical electronics and outdoor items. When I am in town, I would come here to get my normal household items. Yes, customer service here is spotty as it's a large facility so it's tough to accommodate every customer at one time. Plenty of checkout lines during the day including self-checkout line. At night, the lines are limited. Most self checkout lines are closed at night. This causes a bottle neck especially if there is only 1 check out line to accommodate all the remaining customers. They also do have photo center if you need to get photos processed. Also sells televisions, wearable technology, toys, computers and other outdoor items. They sell anything you can think of.
