I particularly have enjoyed their children's clothes section. Shopping for baby/infant clothes is a dream because their prices on name brand products are very low, for very high quality clothing. I have been amazed at the clothes that I have been able to buy for such a low price. Not only their children s clothes, but clothes for myself also. There is such a variety. This store reminds me of a cross between Gordman's and TJ Maxx, except higher quality and more organization. He showed us what we were interested in then left us alone to take in the sofas and talk among ourselves without someone breathing over us. I was only in the store about 10 minutes before making my purchase and as they had three registers open, there was hardly any wait. I received a kind "Have a nice day" before leaving. I had one other store to run to and upon leaving that store, I realized that I couldn't find my smart phone. Panicky, I checked all over the second store to no avail, had a stranger assist in calling it and left my home number with the staff in case it was turned in. I knew I only had one other place to check and went back to Shoe Carnival. Again, I was greeted immediately by a different employee, Adrienne (I'm not sure if I have the spelling right) who asked me to describe my phone case and retieved it instantly with a kind smile. I could have cried! Thank you to Shoe Carnival, Adrienne and whoever turned in my phone. I am truly appreciative of this business and the trust I have in the staff here. They act like you are wasting their time, called the dysfunctional person, and yet they want your money, not your business. I purchased an expensive chair with the extra magic Slumberland warranty. Here I am with a recliner I paid too much for, which has never worked. The first chair was defective, and they replaced it with another defective chair. The best part was that the tech guy who came out asked me if my husband was fat because that could explain why the chair's steel structural frame was bent! REALLY! When we were in the store, he sat in the same chair, and the sales rep said it was a perfect fit. So note to self only people who are 100pounds, or less should buy furniture from this company because they love to look at you in your face, say it is a good fit, and then lie to you, or the tech guy thinks that was a good excuse to say to a customer who spent over $5K plus in there store for crap furniture. Again, PLEASE save your time and hard-earned money in this place and people who are just there to make as much money for themselves, even if it means lying to the customer.

She gave me several suggestions for the bed situation. I told her I needed to find a way to transport the low profile box spring and I would be in to make a purchase later today. Sarah called me back to tell me that she called the warehouse and they could actually deliver today for me if necessary. When I went into the store she was kind and understanding. I felt like she cared about my stressful situation. I would not hesitate to shop here for both a quality mattress and excellent customer service.
