When I had an eye exam ALREADY scheduled within 2 weeks, and I was in desperate need of a pair of contacts to bridge the gap, they refused to even SELL me a pair of sample pairs. As well, they said it would take TWO WEEKS to get a box delivered. They have proven their inability to care about their customers after the fact. ETA: AFTER business owner response. I, actually, asked for a pair to bridge the gap between that day and the appointment. And after I was told no, I said I'd be willing to pay for the pair as I was going out of town the next day. In fact, I have done this exact thing with Dr Horner in the past. And other optometrists over the years. No one offered an appointment the next day. I, in fact, know I didn't bully anyone, bc I didn't speak to anyone. My husband did the talking, bc I knew I was already stressed about the situation and my husband is a very calm person. Your receptionist offered to order a box that would arrive 2 weeks later. In the end, while I was in Florida, I went to a Walmart to see if they had any of my prescription in stock. They did not, but she said she could give me a pair to bridge the gap until we got home and I could get the box I ordered at Costco that arrived less than a week after I ordered it.
