I never complained about bad customer service. It's just today at Lewis on Louise Ave that somehow is making my blood boil. I went to mail some postcards to Canada. The lady saw that I used the priority mail labeler on my envelope and said I can't use it with my envelope. And then when I asked for stamps, she told me I can't use stamps on a priority mail. That was the first time I've heard of that. It doesn't matter whether I used stamps or used the ones that they print, as long as the postage amount is correct. But I just said "Oh okay". She said i need to use the flat rate envelope and showed me a letter sized priority envelope. I asked for a smaller envelope and I stood to the side to put my mail in the envelope while she helped out another customer. She was all chatty and enthusiastic with the other customer but I feel like I was given the "I-don't-want-to-deal-with-you" attitude when it was my turn. I dont know if she is new or not because she asked her coworker for help. When she told me the price, I was surprised and backed out and said I will just go drop it in the post office. What tick me off is when I started to walk away, she just went on and said that i am still going to pay the same thing and called her coworker again to explain to me as if I did not understand what she was telling me. I didn't even asked for that. I didn't ask for any explanations. I was on my way out already. Did she just assume that I am going to still mail it as priority? Didn't she ever think that i changed my mind and will need to change envelope and that It's my freaking choice to go mail it in the post office? Goodness. Yeah maybe she was just trying to be helpful but sorry... it didn't look and sound that way to me. read more
