I was fine with the smell, she told me it was very sheer, I replied I was okay with that and wanted it for the 40 SPF. She then started telling me that the SPF wasn't really sunscreen. During checkout I told her I totally would have spent another $50 for my own product if she would've been more helpful and didn't put the product down, she turned defensive. We explained the situation and were instructed to leave the return at the return counter, look around, try on, and then come back. By the time my hubby was done trying on stuff and had selected a few things a line had formed at the return counter (it was after Christmas so wasn't surprising). I stood in line while my husband shopped a bit more. The gentleman that had originally greeted us saw me in line and came up and apologized for the wait as he knew I was there first. He was very gracious and I appreciated his apology. I told him it was all good. The manager that facilitated the return was efficient and friendly. Like everywhere these days, it seemed like they needed more people working in the store, which I why I usually shop online. However, it is nice to have a brick and mortar store so you can try things on! Overall, a pleasant experience which, sadly, is surprising in the world of retail these days.
