So I trek the 90 minuets from southwest MN to find all my favorite imports from Coffee, International snacks, my favorite cookies, furniture, lighting, fixtures for your home.. everything needed and found on this recent trip. I needed assistance finding a couple items, and was able to have one of the personable and friendly associates help me look and find all my items. They're a very helpful crew in Sioux Falls. The store was immaculately clean, completely stocked, and in order. Parking is not an issue here, lots of parking space outside, Even with the holiday rush for thanksgiving. I'll gladly return when in SD.

Could not locate my salesperson (said he was there) and no one else could simply look up the order for me. I wasn't sure of my salesperson's name so I wanted to provide her with some additional context. She said he would call me back and hung up on me. Now I wait for a phone call back.... When we picked up the chair I was struck by how different it felt. In March I returned to the store to sit in the model, I was again struck by how supportive it was to my back and tried to talk to the manager about how not only did the chair feel different but the fabric was puckering. He told me I needed to call customer care. It was almost a month before a technician came out. He told me the factory sometimes substitutes cushions of lesser quality. He would order me a new bottom cushion but there was nothing to be done about the soft back. A month later I wax contacted that the tech forgot to cut a swatch of fabric and it would be a few weeks before I could be scheduled. I called back and said I had a swatch of the fabric from the store would that work. I wax assured it would. So I drove the swatch to the warehouse. This morning, 6 weeks after I delivered the swatch, I get a call that a tech needs to come and cut a swatch. I explained what I had done, was assured it was fine. No, I am told this will not work and in a week a tech will come. I feel I have been duped by the store by not getting the quality of the floor model and a manager who does not care if he has a satisfied customer. This was not a cheap chair. I do not think anyone should purchase from this store.

The inventory it keeps is ridiculously low and only the items it can sell at retail price point to rip you off. speciality Items ordered online and delivered to the store is the only way to go, else you are better off going to Menards for anything else you need. Do not bother to "special order" any large quantities of construction materials either, because despite what the "Professionals" desk tells you, items unused cannot be returned to the store even if they are in brand new unused,unopened condition. Total scummy operations this store trys to pull to make profits, shame on you Austin Kramer and the guise that you provide little cards with orders with candy attached to try to show you appreciate business, I as a customer have never felt that way by the "rules" this store operates under, I have never had as horrible an experience working with home depot as I have with this location. Even attempting today to pickup online order from the storefront pickup boxes was met with a power trip employee trying to block me from coming in the store 5 minutes early. Despite allowing all the contractors enter to get shopping I was being blocked from walking 5 ft into the man-trap to just pickup a package via locker and leave, when I asked if I could do that and I had no intention of entering the store I was accused of "Getting pissy" - all I did was ask if I could simply retrieve my package from the locker and leave. I should of just walked off and let the item sit to receive a refund, kinda ridiculous only way I could of gotten what I needed from the store at a fair price was to order it online for delivery anyways. Some Ego employee on a power trip decided it was their priority to provide trash customer service by giving me a rough time with a very reasonable request considering the doors where already open. Just stay away from this place its not worth visiting.. unless of course you need paint. Praise the paint department.

They have an indoor lumbar yard. Large selection of tools, flooring, garden center and any home improvement items. Prices are average. I am here about once a month. They have cool spices and rubs for sale that we love.
