However, the service consistently stinks. The installers scratched the side panel and did not install the lid properly. Took months of hounding to get it fixed. Today I called to see if they had replacement parts on hand or would need to order, as I don't want to waste an hour driving for nothing. Even after providing a serial number I was told I'd have to bring the part in for them to be sure. Really? Do you know your inventory? To top it off, my husband called in an hour later, and they looked it up--no problem. I won't deal with Splash City again.

He was a hot head to other contractors and tried to pick a fight over a parking space.
