I frequently shop at this At Home location, but after what I witnessed on Friday, June 12th (around…read more4:30 pm), I don't think I'll be back. I was near the checkout shopping when I overheard a male customer politely ask a cashier if certain items were on sale. Instead of a normal, polite response, the cashier, a middle-aged woman with black hair, snapped at him, aggressively stating they were clearly marked as not on sale. The customer was completely taken aback (so was I frankly) but he stayed entirely calm, simply mentioning that the aisle signage was a bit confusing. The cashier doubled down, yelling louder and more aggressively that it "wasn't her problem if he couldn't read the sign." It was so hostile I almost walked out right then. It got worse. Another man (unclear if it was a customer or someone else) came in from the parking lot, got directly in the male customer's face, and became incredibly aggressive, to the point where I genuinely thought the man from the parking lot was going to get physical with the customer. Instead of de-escalating, the cashier started yelling over them again. Through all of this, the customer remained completely composed, paid for his items, and prepared to leave. As he walked out, the cashier threw a loud, incredibly sarcastic "have a good day and come again" after him. The way this employee treated a calm customer asking a simple question was completely unacceptable. It made me so uncomfortable that I set my items down and walked out without buying anything. Everyone has bad days, but this went way beyond that it was disrespectful and disappointing. I will be hard pressed to return to the store if this is the way they treat their customers.

At my local store, everything is dinged up and they don't offer any more discounts. I didn't see any dents or scratches on the furniture here. It was so pleasant to walk through the store. Of course, I had a million ideas while pacing the aisles. This location restored my hope in At Home. You could decorate your entire home at the store if you wanted to. They are currently not requiring masks. I did notice a couple of employees wearing them.

The seasonal department is always really neat with quite a bit of selection. The products can vary in quality from high quality to items that may have a scratch or dent in them, but for the most part there are good quality products. I also like the variety in what can be purchased. I won't list everything because I wouldn't know where to start. The prices are very reasonable as well. The only downside is they are not open Sundays, but a lot of other stores are not either. This is a great place for buying gifts and for furnishing any room in your house. If you are looking to start a hobby or add to you collection this is a must stop shop.

We purchased the warranty, thankfully. Then the chair got stuck in upright position. At 3300, plus warranty, we wanted it fixed. We have to wait 8 weeks during holidays! I have been jumping over the arm rest to get off. This last time I tripped over a dog bone. Strained my knee, and I have to miss some work. While I know not being graceful is my own fault, I do think I would not have been in that predicament if they would have came and just replaced the darn chair. How are we supposed to have family over, and why did it break after 2 months? Was it the used equipment they mixed with supposedly new chairs? We paid full price. I
