The chairs that were delivered for the ceremony were a little dirty, but otherwise okay. The chairs that were delivered to the reception were also dirty, and the linens were stained. We were able to wipe down the chairs, but unfortunately there was not much we could do about the linens. I expressed my concerns to the Ideal wedding staff member that was setting up the chairs at the ceremony. He did not seem surprised at the quality, and explained that sometimes when Ideal Wedding & Events is overbooked, they rent from another company in order to fulfill all of the orders. We also had problems with some of the sizes of the linens, and as a result we were not able to use them. Luckily, the staff at the reception location was able to set us up with some table skirting that they had on hand. I have been trying to reach Blake (manager) at Ideal Wedding & Events for the last several days. I have left numerous voicemails with the details of my experience and a request for a return call. So far, I have not heard back. At this point I am questioning if cusomer satisfaction is important to Blake and this company.

We had a wedding with 100 guests at McKennan Park and when we go to the park, there were no chairs. Our guests had to stand and/or sit on the three picnic tables we were able to carry to the wedding area. Just as the bride was about to walk down the aisle, the truck and trailer pulled up with chairs to be delivered. The gentlemen didn't seem too concerned at their tardiness, and only said that they had another pick up to do in Iowa that had delayed them. At that point, we declined their services. Clearly, their delivery schedule was too full to accommodate both events, and they should have advised us of the scheduling conflict. We tried to call the phone number given us when we saw there were no chairs, but there was no answer at the office. This was a very unfortunate event that caused some unnecessary stress for the wedding party. I would not use them again...

Prices are always alot less & in some cases half of what other shops would charge. Most recently Twisted Choppers custom made me a set of tall drag bars that turned out great. They understood I couldnt afford to go crazy $ & worked with what I had to turn it into what I wanted.

Apparently other customers have suffered the same problem.I had put on a support bracket but apparently it was nt thick enough.I am not a fabricator and I feel all the necessary brackets should come with the exhaust as they do with all other brands especially for the price you pay for them.I would recommend purchasing an exhaust from a more established brand if you want it to last as im now off the road.

I got it home and realized that the passenger side windows didn't seal up like they should because the roof frame didn't line up like the driver side, so I took it back to have them fix it because it wasn't that way when I took it over there initially. They said they fixed it but when I picked it back up, and this was in the fall of the year by now, nothing had changed, and I just put it away for the winter. Fast forward to this year, I just took it over there 7-10 days ago to have them fix it again and picked it up today and they handed me another 1187.88 bill to fix a problem that I didn't have when I initially dropped the car off to have the top installed!! To top things off, THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOWS STILL DON'T SEAL UP!!! I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone wanting quality work done! I will never step foot in the place again!

STARMark CABINETRY (MasterBrand) - 2019-2022 PAINTED FINISHES ARE DEFECTIVE - $70,000 total loss…read moreDo NOT buy StarMark painted cabinets made between 2019-2022.I spent over $70,000 on "premium" Syracuse Maple Black painted doors/drawer fronts in 2019 (Order #323987). Within 3-5 years every single piece is catastrophically failing: * Paint bubbling and peeling on untouched undersides, raised center panels, and even the permanently-installed cabinet boxes * Miter joints opening * Rails warping and MDF panels delaminating MasterBrand's official response (November 21, 2025 letter - see attached screenshots) denied it was a manufacturing defect, blamed me for "excessive moisture/water damage and normal wear," and offered to replace only 14 pieces (less than half) as a "one-time courtesy."They demanded I permanently waive my Lifetime Warranty rights by signing the letter, stated "no further parts will be provided," and refused to cover labor or guarantee color match. These cabinets fail multiple mandatory ANSI/KCMA A161.1 performance tests that StarMark advertises on every brochure and website: * 5.4.1 - Finish Adhesion * 5.3 - Front Joint Strength (open miters) * 5.8 - Shrinkage & Heat * 4.3.3 / 4.3.6 - Chemical & Humidity Resistance This is the exact same widespread defect hitting hundreds of 2019-2022 painted StarMark, Schuler, Omega, Diamond, and other MasterBrand lines. Search Houzz or Reddit - the photos are identical to mine. StarMark/MasterBrand knows these painted finishes are defective but refuses to stand behind the Lifetime Warranty they sold us. Instead they use fake "environmental damage" excuses and force customers to give up their legal rights for a partial, useless fix. I am currently escalating with KCMA (requesting certification suspension), New York Attorney General (§349 deceptive practices), FTC, and CFPB. Will update if they ever do the right thing. Save yourself six figures and years of misery.Avoid painted StarMark cabinets at all costs. Stained only, or choose any other brand. Zero stars.
