The quality is still the same, so remember that you get what you pay for. The store has accessible options for everyone. I can appreciate the care taken while displaying furniture here. At my local store, everything is dinged up and they don't offer any more discounts. I didn't see any dents or scratches on the furniture here. It was so pleasant to walk through the store. Of course, I had a million ideas while pacing the aisles. This location restored my hope in At Home. You could decorate your entire home at the store if you wanted to. They are currently not requiring masks. I did notice a couple of employees wearing them.

I was near the checkout shopping when I overheard a male customer politely ask a cashier if certain items were on sale. Instead of a normal, polite response, the cashier, a middle-aged woman with black hair, snapped at him, aggressively stating they were clearly marked as not on sale. The customer was completely taken aback (so was I frankly) but he stayed entirely calm, simply mentioning that the aisle signage was a bit confusing. The cashier doubled down, yelling louder and more aggressively that it "wasn't her problem if he couldn't read the sign." It was so hostile I almost walked out right then. It got worse. Another man (unclear if it was a customer or someone else) came in from the parking lot, got directly in the male customer's face, and became incredibly aggressive, to the point where I genuinely thought the man from the parking lot was going to get physical with the customer. Instead of de-escalating, the cashier started yelling over them again. Through all of this, the customer remained completely composed, paid for his items, and prepared to leave. As he walked out, the cashier threw a loud, incredibly sarcastic "have a good day and come again" after him. The way this employee treated a calm customer asking a simple question was completely unacceptable. It made me so uncomfortable that I set my items down and walked out without buying anything. Everyone has bad days, but this went way beyond that it was disrespectful and disappointing. I will be hard pressed to return to the store if this is the way they treat their customers.

The quality of merchandise and the organization is lacking. I've come to expect that from a Ross. It's sort of like a glorified yard sale. As I was shopping, I came across the dressing rooms, which were closed. But, there was a sign posted saying that you can ask for dressing rooms up front. I got excited!!! I haven't seen a dressing room open in a long time. I started shopping for clothing. I spent over an hour searching through their disorganized racks. When I went up front to ask about the dressing room, the woman informed me that they were not open. She went on to explain that they haven't had anybody want to try anything on since they've reopened. I was crushed. I had some super cute outfits for my hot girl summer that I wanted to try on. I wound up putting everything back. That sign is what made me so disappointed. If they would have just removed that sign, I would have never wasted my time and would have left in a fine mood. They need to learn the art of customer service.... under promise and over deliver. They've got it backwards. Luckily, there's a Marshall's next-door. That is my happy place.
