Was worried and rightfully so about ordering online and delivery for grocery. 1. First thing the Lady that delivered the entire order said was they dropped all of it on the way out 2. Produce wasn't in proper bag was just tossed in cart, also 3 of 4 peppers were missing and the one that was there was mushy and smashed 3. Practically all cans were bent, also had broken seal items. 4. Bacon had mold on the inside of the package. 5. Package of 60 eggs was dropped and not replaced Obviously no effort was made, can not rely on these employees for nothing but to show up. If I could give zero I would read more

I'm truly not a Walmart fan, had to stop in as we were out of town. Overall clean store, but still typical Walmart experience. If you like Walmart might be a great store. Otherwise it is what it is, a necessary evil. read more

Out of all the Walmarts in Sioux Falls this is my favorite by far. I've been a frequent customer and have never been disappointed. The store is set up similarly to the other stores in town with the exception of the older Walmart on Louise. I like the newer store set ups because it's less crowded and easier to get around. I also noticed the aisles seems to be wider in the grocery which is nice. Some reasons why I like this Walmart over the others is because this one is so clean and kept nice. I've been in the store at different hours and always take note of how clean everything is. I don't know if there is a difference in the volume of customers or just how the stores is managed but it seems like the other stores could take note of the cleanliness. As far as selection I have always been a fan of Walmart as they have basically anything you need. Groceries are affordable and there is a large selection of just about anything you could be looking for. I seem to be able to find what I am looking for the first time unlike the other stores which seem to be picked over depending on when you shop. I would recommend this to my friends and family as the Walmart to go to in Sioux Falls. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Clean and not busy this morning. - Grocery Near Me - Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Told us it would be 2 hours to have our tires balanced since the previous weights came off. This is a REALLY long wait for a balancing. We came back after two hours of shopping and our vehicle was still sitting. If you're going to tell people the wait is this long, you should have it done on time. If we had know it was going to be closer to three hours we wouldn't have done it and trapped ourselves and our kids with a cart full of thawing groceries. read more

We had a large cake order. The service was great from beginning to end. The baker helped me decide on design and when I came to pick up the cake, she even helped me rearrange my cart to fit everything in, The cakes were well priced and delicious. I came her to have air put in my back tire at just before 7PM. The tire center closed at 7PM so I made it just in time. I asked if they could do it and explained that my tire was completely flat. The supervisor said that he will not open the bays just to air up a tire because the computers were already shut down for the night. They don`t charge to air up a tire, so this didn`t even make sense. read more

No more Walmart for me. This was the last one in town that I would shop. I even overlooked the manager over Christmas season who told me when I complained that I waited in an aisle for over 15 minutes for assistance that it was not his job to make up the schedules. I was waiting for someone who was not coming because there was no one to help! That was the best he could come up with, no apology, no offer to assist me himself. so arrogant and rude. He truly didn't care that their customer service was so bad. Today I was charged twice for a $20 item. Instead of looking it up and checking it out when I called them about it. They could have easily verified this without me being present. The item was large and they could have checked cameras to verify what I was telling them. Instead, I had to burn my gas and go all the way back to the store to get my money back. They are not exactly close to me. This makes me wonder how many other times I was overcharged on smaller items that may not have drawn my attention like a $20 overcharge. Seems to me this is nothing more than stealing from customers. There should be some kind of alert in their system that would make them double check when there is a double charge for the same item. Or even more simple...have checkout ladies that are careful to avoid this. I think the lesson here is always check your receipt before you leave any store. But Walmart has inconvenienced me for the last time. read more

Stopped by just for a few items, right before walking Into the self checkout, I grabbed a pack of cookies. Starting ringing up my stuff and the cashier or should I say monitoring lady, walked over and said " how much were those cookies ?" Me being me I said " idk they are right over there, go look ." She then proceeded to take over my machine , to check to see if I rang them up .. mind you this ain't even apart of my shopping list . So I told her , yes if you asking if I rang them up . She said oh well looks like you didn't? , I let her know I'm gonna pay for the damn cookies, wtf. This lady, stopped my whole transaction to check and see if I'm stealing fuckin cookies !!!! I had more expensive shit in my cart she shouldve been worried about. I'm black btw. Oh and while she was interrogating me , an older white couple. Scanned their items and walked out without this monitoring lady on their ass ! Great job Walmart! One less fuckin customer you have to worry about .. and great job to the assistant manager who did absolutely nothing, not even apologize. I like Walmart but this one on south Mn ave in Sioux falls I have a beef with. While my son has bought 5 new tires for two of his cars along with a battery in the last month along with them buying all their groc and other products there and being a great customer of Walmart they didn't treat him with any respect. He is a single Dad raising his two daughters and money is tight. But anyway they were having one of their cars serviced and then when they went to pick it up Walmart had it towed. It was parked because when they went to pick it up the first time it was out of transmission fluid and it wouldn't move along with the bad weather we were having it had to be parked for a day or two but my son called them everyday to check if it had been serviced and had proof of the phone calls. Granted it was parked in their lot for a while but they knew it was being serviced all they would have to do is call my son after he called them several times about the car but NOPE the big box store won again. I did talk to the store manager and she was nice about it but no apologies or want to make any store credits, It was $165.00 to get their car back because of Walmart's lack of compassion and respect for my son and as a great customer when it was Walmart's fault. This Walmart was very upsetting I brought my service animal in with his best on and everything and they refused my service they kept saying how he can't be in the store even after I showed them his paper from my doctor the place had a very bad smell and workers were rude they brought me into the back room to check the paperwork for my emotional support animal and she was very rude and started yelling I later left and went to a different Walmart and they were perfectly fine with everything and were very polite read more

Came in for dog food and got to the front before I realized there was a hole in my dog food. Asked employee to run me a new bag (every Walmart I've been to in every state has ALWAYS done this for me) and he refused. After refusing, they took the ripped bag, spilled half of its contents, and then PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF. They are trying to scam someone with a half empty bag. A similar thing happened with brake fluid. I brought to an employees attention that several DOT 4 containers had been busted open and were leaking and they did NOT remove them from the floor. People stock in the middle of busy times and don't move out of the way so you can grab the items you need. If you see an 8 foot monster in self checkout you can guarantee he will be doing everything except his job. Also for some reason is always hanging around even when he's not working so he can distract other employees from doing their job. Weird and unprofessional. They don't even put out any of the sandwiches or other marketfresh things they are supposed to make anymore. The only nice thing about this Walmart are the other customers. Have purchased multiple electronics through this Walmart that needed to be immediately returned (sold defective). Whoever stocks is just throwing boxes off of the truck. read more

I absolutely love this Walmart. Everyone here is overly friendly, and really helpful. I come here all the time and it's a fun environment. This is the best, cleanest Walmart I have ever been in.i was once rolling around on the floors and they were really dirty, but I don't expect them to sweep every five seconds.
