I begin to explore seeking professional assistance since I believe I have an impulsive buying habit. The only option open to me is to return the shoes; shortly after completed, the app will generate a bar code and present a list of actual stores around me. I chose it due to the fact that it is close to where I work. I went there during the middle of my lunch break on a weekday and was astonished at how busy it was. this store doesn't have an area devoted to return items, so I had to stand in line with the rest of the people. I estimated that I stood in wait for around 15 minutes. Finally, when it was my turn, the cashier agent asked reasons I was returning, and I told why. She examined the shoes to ensure they hadn't been worn, scanned the bar code, and asked me to swipe the card that I paid with. The issue I didn't have a physical card with me, but because their device supports NFC, it can accept my digital credit card copy and it works perfectly. I didn't have time to tour the store because I needed to hurry back to work. I was irritated that I had to wait so long just to return one item. The only thing I can say is that the return process was made simple.

Of course, there are chairs for you to sit down, try on shoes, and make your decisions without bothering any sales associate even for one (1) minute! What a lovely concept to save all the manpower and to avoid unnecessary conflicts between sales associates fighting for sales (I've seen way too much in a commission-sale environment...and often times profanities are heard)! The shoes are priced reasonably, so you don't need to frown when you see the price tags. You can find a pair of flats or work-appropriate shoes at the clearance section for under $30. However, most shoes aren't going to be ultra-fashionable. Thus, if you're seeking for something luxury or high-end, my recommendation would be Cole Haan on the second floor by Michael Kors at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. I'm personally not crazy about this store, but I like to pop in every once in awhile to see what's new. Famous Footwear Outlet is located on the first floor, nearby the food court. Will you be "famous" after purchasing a pair of two shoes here? I don't think so, but I'm certain that you don't need to be famous to afford these shoes in the store.

She knew the initial shoe I was looking for was out of stock. But when I asked about another shoe, she began comparing the in-stock shoe to the out of stock shoe. The features were comparable but it was half the price and it was in stock. It's also good to note, I usually wear a 10 1/2, but in this shoe 10 1/2 was too big. The 10 fit perfectly, so I was glad I came to the store, instead of buying online. Char, our cashier was wonderful. She was attentive and honored my online coupon. She even informed us about additional discounts. I save over a $100 with this purchase instead of the initial purchase, I intended to make. I was extremely pleased.
