I called and talked to Luke on the phone and described what my 11-year-old daughter was looking for in a bike - I had a make and model in mind. They didn't carry that specific one, but he spent 15+ minutes looking online and making suggestions of similar options. We decided on one (a Haro) and even though it was above what I was looking to spend, the customer service on a cold call from someone random was top-notch. They even went out of their way to special order a white basket for the front of the bike and mounted it. My daughter has been riding it every day since we got it. Their bike tech Stephen was great on the phone when I described what she wanted in a basket. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageous, and the customer service I experienced was on another level. If you're looking for something that will last your kids many years, I highly recommend coming here.

Coming in as someone new-ish to firearms, I expected it to feel intimidating or a little closed off. Instead, I was met with genuine kindness and patience from day one, and I feel like that kind of environment is rare. Robert, Aaron, Tony, and Dave have all been amazing. Not just as RSOs who keep the range safe and running professionally, but as people who truly care. They've taken the time to help me out when I've asked them questions in passing on how improve my grip, understand maintenance, learn small tips and tricks, as well as gain better perspective on things like concealed carry. Every question I've had has been met with respect and real guidance, never ego or attitude. The facility itself reflects that same standard. It's clean, safe, and feels "state of the art", which made it even easier to feel comfortable spending time there. Between the range, the rentals, their product knowledge and guidance, it played a huge role in helping me feel confident choosing my first firearm. This place has made a bigger impact on me than I expected, and I'm genuinely thankful for it.
