The store was confusing for me based on the layout of store. It took a while for a staff member to try to help me, but my size was not conveniently found, and I didn't find it easy to navigate any of the shoes in this store. They had few options for a wider toe and those were in a different area. I ended up just leaving after I couldn't find anything and I'll just try another store another time. Note. I've been to other sketcher outlet stores and feel like they're organized differently and the staff or more helpful.

We don't live really close to it, but it's the closest store to us that sells streetwear brands. They sell everything for retail price or only a little bit higher, not like anyone else reselling rate items. My boyfriend ended up buying Yeezy 700 Mauves. He got them for exactly retail price. Also, the guy working there was very attentive and helped us. He also had good conversation without being overbearing. I forgot his name but it was only his first week working there. He was great! She even brought me some jeans that I ordinarily wouldn't have tried on that ended up fitting me perfectly, so those came home, too. The shop as a whole is super cute and caters to a wide variety of styles and preferences. Sizes tend to generally range from S-L, though I did see some XL. Aside from clothes, Rose and Lee also has cute accessories, some home goods, some dog toys, local Durham/NC gifts, and some beauty products, which all make great gifts! In addition to picking up some new clothes for myself, I was also able to snag some gifts for friends and a toy for my dogs. Parker was incredibly patient with me in providing a selection of shoes to use with an insole from my podiatrist. I went to the store twice because at the first visit, I tried shoes on with the insole. When I went home and did my usual one hour walk, I was unable to tolerate the very firm insole. Therefore, I went back to the store and went through the process again to find a shoe that would be comfortable without the insole. Parker found two pairs for me that are very comfortable and fit perfectly. He also provided a tip for tying the shoe in order to provide a better fit if the heel is ever too loose. Because the first shoe I bought was uncomfortable with and without the insole, it was permitted for me to receive a full refund for that shoe. Parker also guided me to find the best priced socks for my new shoes. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this store and Parker's excellent customer service.
