They have lots of employees fixing and organizing the clothing, or to help with any questions. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.

Very agreeable and so very nice! She checked us out since we purchased new items from the store. I browsed through the women section, as I was quiet disturbed in the kids section at noon with the lack of a plausible selection. I didnt find any good buys today. Disappointing Experience…read more I had an amazing shopping experience at Banana Republic in Columbia Mall until checkout. The cashier saw me waiting and refused to assist me until a coworker told her to. She then questioned why her coworkers couldn't check me out instead. Had me standing not trying to help check me out. attitude was unnecessary, disrespectful, and honestly made me feel singled out. I'm not sure what her issue was, but customers should NEVER be made to feel unwelcome when they're simply trying to make a purchase. Management should definitely address this & it wasn't everyone I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't felt the need to get out of character at a place where I'm spending 100s of dollars .
