She was ecstatic to find three Putz Houses (Paper Houses) that she had to buy. Two were selling for $12.95 each and the other for $4.95. The staff were great and gently wrapped all of my mom's items to protect them for the trip back to NY. The store is immaculate and decorated beautifully, we easily spent 45-mn to an hour here. They also have a little coffee station available for customers shopping here and the coffee is very good. There is a lot to see here and if you know anyone who owns a log cabin or cottage, bring them with you because they will be in heaven! One of the cards ordered was advertised as "Near Mint," but I received a card with physical damage, including deep pen indentations When I contacted customer service about the misgraded item, the only resolution offered was a $2.00 credit or free shipping on my next order. This offer is completely inadequate--it neither compensates for the significant drop in value nor provides the expected remedy of a replacement card in correct condition as per their website's return policy. Coolstuffinc needs to honor its grading standards and provide fair resolutions to long-term customers who receive damaged goods. Buyers beware: "Near Mint" may mean "Damaged." Given their quality control and refusal to make it right, I strongly recommend finding another card store for your purchases.

The stores pricing is on par with farmers markets you would find in downtown Sanford, Longwood, or Deltona. The beefsteak tomatoes, fresh beets, and acorn squash looked amazing and are some of the largest I have seen around. The store is clean and organized. There was one staff member working at the register when we arrived and she was very nice with me when I was checking out. I will definitely stop back for more of that dried mango and some of their other vegetables next time I'm in the area.

Many shelves empty or partially filled. Nothing like in the past when there was plenty to choose from on offer. One very small shelf of Valentines Day products and two shelves (that could be consolidated into one) of Easter. Sad remnant of once good retailer. I decided to go here and noticed how the abundance of items on the outer walls of the store were empty. I wandered to the garden center which was in the side, in a smallish room area and found the perfect table for all of $16. It will hold the small batch of plant pots with the flowers I am working to keep alive (I don't have a green thumb so it really isn't easy for me).
