We were looking for apparel for the entire family and walked away with some truly awesome clothing items. The store itself left an incredible impression on us--clean, well-organized, and packed with fantastic variety and value. What truly transformed this from a standard retail trip into a memorable experience was the stellar customer service provided by Al and Shiloh. It is incredibly rare to find retail associates who exhibit such dedication, warmth, and genuine professionalism. They went out of their way to ensure our family felt taken care of, making a massive positive impact on our visit. Management needs to know that Al and Shiloh are tremendous assets to this brand. We are highly impressed and will absolutely be frequent shoppers here moving forward! The girl at the desk told me items are priced at a discounted rate to customers and you receive about half of that back. Their machine prices the items so you don't feel like you're ripped off. The customer service here is a little odd, only because the employees seem very robotic with how they respond. I suppose they have to use certain words verbatim, I'm unsure. However, the reason I said "try your luck" is because the employees choose which clothes they accept. The clothes have to be "trending" or "in style" and it's to their discretion. When you walk in, they take your phone number, they text you a form to fill out, and you wait about 35 minutes for them to go through and price your items. Unfortunately, they did not accept any of my items here no matter being unworn with the tags on. I would suggest calling to see what they are accepting to save yourself the trip and time.
