I have taken many Zumba classes. This is the best class I attended. The music is lively and Sheila makes this a fun class.

After trying and liking a similar studio that was a little too far for me, I ended up giving…read moreSculpt50 a try and really liked it as well. I'd heard of Lagree but never really knew what it was, and didn't even know this was Lagree going into it, but it's basically a more intense form of pilates that uses a megaformer vs the traditional one. I'm glad I had a base of already working out and trying two other similar classes before coming here, so it was a little less intimidating. I think a beginner could definitely get the hang of this, but having a good foundation felt necessary to get the full benefits of the class and workout. And of course instructor direction and examples were a big factor in succeeding in the classes as a newcomer. I've had a handful of different instructors and have definitely found the one that is more my style and more motivating to me (shout out Ankitha), but I've generally liked all of the instructors enough to go back to their classes. Finding an instructor that works for you makes all the difference though when you're powering through a touch class, which these often are. I originally signed up for their first timers offer of 4 classes for $99. Other than that, without a membership classes run at $38 per, but they have a ton of different packages and memberships that could make classes range from $11 (if you went every single day) to $30 with a larger upfront cost. I ended up getting a class pack so that I wasn't limited or expected to attend a certain number of classes a month and have really liked the flexability. They have tons of classes throughout the day and week, so finding an opening isn't too hard.

I've taken multiple classes here with both Chelsea and Selina, and they're both amazing…read moreinstructors! They bring the best music, great vibes, and always make sure you're feeling the burn. I also love the reformers at the Campbell location. Such a great studio and workout experience!

I've been going to this location since it was Fitness 19 by Oakridge, so I've seen quite a few…read morechanges over the years. Overall, I think it's a decent gym and especially good for beginners, but there are definitely some things to consider. A majority of the ellipticals don't work, and there aren't always signs saying they're out of order, so you can end up trying several before finding one that works. The crowd, at least when I go, seems to be mostly 20 or younger or 45+, with not much of an in-between. The staff is also very young so as you can imagine you get a lot of "millennial stares" lol. Thats not too much of a problem at all, just something to consider. When I first started going, I loved that it was quiet and easy to get on the machines. Recently, it's gotten much busier, possibly due to a recent TikTok review. Unless you go early in the morning or late at night, most machines are usually taken. I personally only continue going because an old friend got me a really good deal on my membership. If I were paying full price, I'd probably go somewhere else. It's not a bad gym, but I do miss how it used to be.

In 7/13/2026 I came in person to cancel my account because the annual fee is coming up but was told…read moreto freeze my account because my membership fee is only $9.99/mo, they said I have until 12/1/26 to reconsider and no annual fee will be collected while account is frozen. I asked if I still decided to cancel then what happens, they said I can cancel then without any charges. I got email confirmation for $0, but on 10/1/26 I got charged $39.99. I called on 10/14/26 and ask a general question if I freeze my account would annual fee got charge and was once again confirmed that no fee including annual fee. Then when I question why my frozen account got charge that person couldn't answer and said I need to call back next day to speak to manager I called again 10/15/26 that person also said to call back on 10/19/26 when manager is in, then when I call back, another person pick up said they'll get my contact and forward to someone that could help, and of course nobody call back. I call today 10/26/26 to cancel my membership because it been so many going back and forth and Jeremy who answered the phone said I now owe the club $59.99 because they couldn't charge my credit card. I asked to cancel and he said I must paid the late payments for having unpaid membership fee before I could cancel my account. I asked to speak to owner of the gym and he said they all on same level and there's no one else above him. I called abc finance to resolve and was told my fee is $49.99 because they couldn't charge me $39.99 on 10/1/26 so my late fee is additional $10. And said I must unfreeze account before I could cancel. When I tried to unfreeze to cancel again the fee is $49.99 must be pay before I could cancel. This is very frustrating, why do I now owe $49.99 because of the mistake someone else made? Why does club management gave false information but I have to pay for that?

I am not the best dancer but Susan and Kerry are always encouraging me and helping me on moves I struggle with. You will definitely sweat and get a good workout, so it's fun to get my exercise in without dreading the gym! Staff at the front greeted me, gave me a tour, and helped me get situated and familiar with the studio. I took the Hot Power Fusion class with Heidi and it was great for beginners. Familiar poses from other yoga classes, nothing too intermediate for first time go-ers! The heat takes a little bit to get used to but there are cold towels available to bring into class or to use after class. Water breaks were interspersed throughout the class which was great. Definitely would go back!

I was really disappointed with my first experience at Hot 8 Yoga in Santana Row…read more I booked the 5:45 p.m. class through ClassPass and unfortunately arrived late. Since it was my first time at this location, I accidentally parked in the wrong parking area and had difficulty finding the studio. I even tried calling while I was looking for it but no one answered my call. I completely understand that arriving late was my responsibility, and I understand that studios have policies regarding late entry. When I finally arrived, I apologized and explained what had happened. I was told that because I was past the five-minute grace period, I could not enter the class. When I walked out and checked my phone, it was 5:51 p.m. I accepted that I had missed the class and left. What really disappointed me was that once I got back to my car, I checked ClassPass and saw that Hot 8 Yoga had another class at 6:30 p.m. I wish the staff had simply said, "Unfortunately, we can't let you into this class, but we do have another class at 6:30 if you'd like to stay." That small gesture would have completely changed my experience. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome and as though there was no interest in helping me, especially knowing that this was my first visit and that I had genuinely been trying to find the studio. I understand enforcing a policy, but customer service is also about how you treat someone when something goes wrong. My ClassPass credits were ultimately returned, which I appreciate, although I was still charged a cancellation fee. My frustration isn't about being denied entry after arriving late--I take responsibility for that. It's about the lack of effort to offer an alternative when another class was starting only 39 minutes later. Unfortunately, for a first-time customer, the interaction left me feeling like I wasn't wanted there, and it definitely discouraged me from wanting to return.
