Scott pays particular attention to form during the workout which I appreciate as I know so many that have injured themselves through inappropriate training. I was very happy at the studio and referred friends to join as well. Once the pandemic hit, my membership (along with all memberships) were suspended. I received a few phone calls from Orange Theory checking in and asking me if I wanted to remain on suspended status or cancel. Each time, I expressed that I was not comfortable coming in and asked to cancel. Each time the representative convinced me to keep my membership in suspended status. I was assured that I would not be charged until I was comfortable coming in. On October 22, 2021 I received an email stating that my membership would start on November 1, and if I want to cancel I will be charged for a full month. I promptly sent in a cancelation form. I was assured on the phone multiple times within the last year that I would not be charged any money and I was assured I would have the ability to cancel at any time. Otherwise I would have cancelled months ago. I called and spoke to Management. I explained that I am not vaccinated due to medical reasons and cannot come in. The manager told me that I will have to come to the studio and work out unvaccinated. I told her that I am not comfortable exposing myself or other people to COVID given this is an in indoor setting and I am not vaccinated. I am also immune compromised and have a child that is immune compromised. I have to be very careful. I was told I have no choice and will be charged for one month even though I cannot come in and will not be using the gym. The manager was very rude and very insensitive to the situation. I am extremely disappointed that the studio would insist on putting my health at risk and insist that I use my membership with possible exposure to COVID-19. My health and my family's health is at risk.

I was here with a student, training him at the basketball court. some man In his 40s was getting very frustrated that we kept beating him. so he grabs my neck and starts to choke me. it took maybe 4-6 other grown men to get him to stop. he then tried to assault the minor. Mind you over a game of basketball. and when lifetime brought us in to mitigate the issue they were great with all these empty claimed promises. they promised to ban the other member if I did not press legal charges. i Still have 3-5 witnesses that were there that day. many of them are current active members still. but regardless the matter. lifetime told me they would ban the other member. so I was content with that as I was a daily guest at lifetime most times 2-3 times a day. the staff there all know me and my family. i can have at least 10 workers there vouch for me that I would go at least 2 times a day 5/6 am and 7/9 pm everyday. Regardless I noticed the member lifetime told me they banned, was in fact not banned. is lifetime that greedy that they ignore an assault case they had on video on a minor and a guest Just for some extra money ? I cancelled my membership immediately after finding this out. I contacted Devin yesterday through email and he might have been the worst assist in history of customer reps. Anyways that's my 2 cents and I strongly advise you to pick another gym than lifetime. I would rather pay 2/3x more instead of being around a gym that's just greedy and cash hungry, they don't even value their guests. my entire family was enrolled here before 2010 and we stayed active for over 13 years. absolutely insane way This company looks at their clients. We went in and were greeted by a female (forgot her name), and she took us on a tour of the facilities, as well explained the programs offered. Needless to say we were both very disappointed, with the facility and overall focus. The facility for the female side was disappointing. The changeroom was dirty and not well ventilated, so it had a moldy smell. Huge turn off from coming here for long workouts. (Keeping in mind, our dojo is 1/3 the size and never smells that bad). From looking around they seem to put a lot more into the male side of the facility then females. Not sure why but personally it turned me off from wanting to workout here. As for the programs yes they offer a lot but course is a little bit of everything. There is no class with direct focus on one thing. If I wanted to focus on self defence aspect I would have to wait for that part to rotate through again in the program to learn more. Example given was a 1 hour class will consist of cardio, strength training and than 1 form martial arts. For in a 3 day a week program the area you would want to focus on would happen once a week, not ever class. When learning taekwondo the focus on that form helped me to train better. If I were to learn it once a week while learning 2 other forms of martial arts my form and focus wouldn't be as strong. Keep that in mind if your looking to gear your mind and body in a specific direction. If you really don't care and just want to sweat with no real goal in mind than yes this is the place for you.

The owner was very welcoming and they also had my name on the board to welcome me. By far the warmest and most welcoming location! All trainers personally introduced themselves and gave me a tour of the facility. Their bathroom is so clean and has the basic amenities. The workout itself was top notch and the trainers seemed to know everyone personally (always a good sign) and were encouraging everyone to challenge themself. They were correcting form, assisting and motivating. If I lived in the area I would sign up for a membership real fast! I'll definitely back when I'm in the area.
