I bought a cheap Groupon class for this place and have also attended their free outdoor salsa…read moreparties at Streetsville Square. While the class was very cheap, and the instructors friendly, I actually found the classes quite confusing and intimidating. They were trying to teach 40-50 people at the same time and had multiple instructors and assistants at the same time. While I understand the need for assistants in such a large class, it becomes quite confusing when you are trying to listen to the main instructor and you have someone else telling you something in the other ear. Also, with respect to the venue, it is a fairly large place, but it also serves as a martial art studio and didn't have the same feel as other dance studios. Also, with respect to their outdoor parties at Streetsville Square, those were fun and they were all very accommodating. Verdict: I think this place is ok, but just wasn't a fan of the large classes and the venue, but if you are one that likes "exercise-style group classes", this could be for you. If you prefer smaller classes, I wouldn't recommend.

This place is just right for all the dancers. I started taking an intro level salsa dance class. There are several experienced dance instructors present during the class to help you with the steps and to help follow along. The class moves at a fast pace but it's a lot of fun. You just have to relax but pay attention to the instructors so you pick up all the dance moves and don't miss a beat. I love to dance Salsa, and if you do too or you're willing to give it a try, this is the place!! Come have some fun!

They wanted me to move my daughter down a level but I am unable to take her that day. So the teacher called me and was extremely rude and even said "if I have to put in the effort to come to work then you can put in the effort to take your daughter to class". After this call my daughter told me "how can I return if the teacher doesn't want me in her class". Dance should be done for the love of dance, the children do their best and practice because they love it , they don't need to feel humiliated to belittled. The teachers should be better educated on how to deal with children and have as good of a understanding for child psychology as they do for dance.

It's all about money now for this family run business…read more They used to care about the dancers when they were building the business, now they only care about the salary of all of those family members working there. If a child takes more than one class, they will for sure put those dances into separate year end shows (and there are 4 of them), just so you purchase more tickets (and you will if you want to see your child at all) - more money for them. Costumes cost ridiculous money, even though some of them are bought at Old Navy and Gap. They got their fame because of their son playing on a TV show and now everyone wants to be "famous". People travel from Kitchener, Guelph, etc. for the hope of 5 minutes of fame. Ridiculous! Place is becoming crowded and students can't grow as dancers because they don't get the attentions they should. I will not even mention the fees.

They cared about one thing, and one thing only, that is to maximize their revenue. For the sake of my kids' love of dancing, I kept my kids there until they went so far as to sort of threatening kids for voicing disagreement. They even asked parents to pay $2 for buying candy for kids on Valentine's Day when parents were easily charged $5,000 - $8,000 in a year. BTW, you had to sign a consent to allow them charge your full year fee, including costume fee, even though you withdrew your kids in the middle of program.

Awesome place! I was visiting my parents for the holidays and was looking for some sort of aerial…read moreclass to maintain my upper body strength, and I found Aradia Fitness in Mississauga. I came here to try pole silks for the first time. I've taken a few pole and aerial silks classes before, so I loved the idea of combining two things that I at least have some familiarity with. Plus, it's unique to this Aradia Fitness location in Canada :D :D The owner and teacher of the beginner pole silks class, Cassandra, is really great. She's super friendly and welcoming. As an instructor, she's very patient and experienced with teaching beginners, which is very comforting to students new to this art. Neither she nor the other students put any pressure on you to do more than you are comfortable with. Everyone - at one point - started at the beginning, so it's better to go at your own pace rather than rushing things to try to look like everyone else. The studio is clean and well-kept. in the classroom, the poles seemed a bit close-ish together sometimes (evident when I accidentally bumped a few people with leg swings), but the ceiling is high and open and there are large mirrors on both sides of the room that make it easier to see how you're doing and check your form from different angles (would be awesome if more studios did the dual-mirror thing!). Another thing I liked is that for the classes I've been to so far, everyone had their own pole - so it's nice not to have to share. Overall, this was a great place with an easy to get to location and plenty of parking (I think there's also a bus that goes by via Mississauga Transit). In the week I've been going, I've already gone to all 3 of the class times offered, and I look forward to trying out this art again when I return to San Francisco.

Be careful, at night it's hard to see the difference and I always end up on the wrong side because they're right next to you and separated by a small median. When you drive in, there is limited parking for unit 12 but since classes are after working hours it should be fine. I like that it's discreet so you don't worry about people watching in the studio. When you enter there's a large lobby type area where you can hang out jacket and out your boots. Before you get into the studio there's also bathrooms as well as a hang out area which I like because if you are taking multiple classes or need to eat dinner there's a microwave and water so you can refill your bottle. The studio is HUGE. For anyone interested in other forms of aerial like hoop or silks, they have it all here, even kick boxing. I really like how the classes make you feel empowered and there other patrons are also very supportive. The owner is super nice and there is a variety of classes you can take so I highly recommend.
