I was very happy at the studio and referred friends to join as well. Once the pandemic hit, my membership (along with all memberships) were suspended. I received a few phone calls from Orange Theory checking in and asking me if I wanted to remain on suspended status or cancel. Each time, I expressed that I was not comfortable coming in and asked to cancel. Each time the representative convinced me to keep my membership in suspended status. I was assured that I would not be charged until I was comfortable coming in. On October 22, 2021 I received an email stating that my membership would start on November 1, and if I want to cancel I will be charged for a full month. I promptly sent in a cancelation form. I was assured on the phone multiple times within the last year that I would not be charged any money and I was assured I would have the ability to cancel at any time. Otherwise I would have cancelled months ago. I called and spoke to Management. I explained that I am not vaccinated due to medical reasons and cannot come in. The manager told me that I will have to come to the studio and work out unvaccinated. I told her that I am not comfortable exposing myself or other people to COVID given this is an in indoor setting and I am not vaccinated. I am also immune compromised and have a child that is immune compromised. I have to be very careful. I was told I have no choice and will be charged for one month even though I cannot come in and will not be using the gym. The manager was very rude and very insensitive to the situation. I am extremely disappointed that the studio would insist on putting my health at risk and insist that I use my membership with possible exposure to COVID-19. My health and my family's health is at risk.

They will have 5 locations as of 10/15 and are opening another one soon. Pros: -24/7 (as mentioned above) -Access to all locations -Price appears to be reasonable at $49 month, no contract, no initiation fee but they will do the standard and take first and last month payment. -This location seems pretty nice. The upstairs appears to be your typical gym with some cardio machines, assisted weight machines, free weights and a studio. -The studio has 4 boxing/kickboxing bags and a good floor as well. -Within the $49/month, it includes all classes. -From what the manager told me, this specific location is planning to have all types of fitness classes (Kickboxing, yoga, bootcamp, etc) whereas some older locations only have limited classes. The classes won't start until December 1st though. -Now the basement area is where it's at if you're a hard core gym rat. A few more squat racks downstairs, a turf area, sled, kettle bells, and battle ropes. Basically the functional fitness area. Cons: -I can't really say anything bad, but I don't think they have or will have tires to flip, but it has pretty close to everything. -Only two personal change rooms. Verdict: TBD, but I'm pretty impressed. They seem much better than Planet Fitness, at least in concept.
