I've only been to classes in the first floor (zumba, Wednesday nights and Sunday morning), but I attend quite regularly so I'm in and out of there pretty regularly. While it's definitely a great location (hello monopoly!) and I am so grateful for it's existence, it could definitely use an upgrade. The floors are in great shape which is of course the most important feature of a dance studio, but it is lacking in quite a few other areas, mainly the air conditioning (um, there is none) and the washrooms (why are you so tiny and dingy?). Even with it's downfalls, Dovercourt House is still a great part of the neighbourhood.

He even filmed me performing my personalized stretches using my phone while explaining each step, so I could do these exercises at home. Sean is an inspiration, and I can't recommend his classes enough... no matter who you are. The Loft is one of the things I will miss most in the Junction when I move.
