Most were younger adults (where I'm almost 50). Everyone was nice and the instructor choreographed a beautiful routine. I just wish I was in better "dance shape" to have kept up. I mistook "open" for beginner and I would not say it was a beginner class. You need to know basic terminology of dance to keep up at all. If they ever offer a beginner class I'd be apt to come back.

Honestly, this seems irresponsible to me, and I'm confused by the fact that they don't seem to be concerned about heat stroke. There are definitely days when the only reason I don't go to class is because there's no AC. I also wish they had contemporary classes (they have one "contemporary modern" once a week, which is not the same as contemporary).

Was I blessed. Much later in the early 2000's in Boston I attended a night of a performance by The Kirov Ballet. It changed my life. I had never seen ballet performed even close to these two companies. A week or so ago, I saw on WGBH the story of a Russian Ballet company in of all places Watertown, MA! named The Koltun Ballet. I had never known that such a Russian Ballet company was so close. Believe me we are blessed to have this company in the USA and in The Greater Boston area.
