Don said that he would come over the next day and take a look at the both of them. Don and his son came to my home as promised. They looked at both of my machines and told me that they didn't need repairs, but that we could do certain things and it should help us with both of our issues with the machines. They even looked at my dryer vents and hose to check for leaks and lint block. He explained about certain things to look for in the future and that to call him back if and when they occur. They must have stayed for about 45 minutes and when I asked how much I owed him, he told me that there was no charge because he really didn't do anything. I couldn't believe his honesty and sincerity. I actually can't wait for something to happen to one of my appliances so I can call him back to fix them. lol.
