Dumpster was dropped at requested location. No rain all Month ground was soft. Driver had a hard time getting out & destroyed my yard. Had to have a backhoe level it. Time for pick was Monday. They couldn't make it. Decided on Wednesday. Called them 5x regarding pickup. Each time was told they'd callback. Never got a return call. 5th call was told it was picked up. Never was. I wasted 2 days waiting. As of now still not scheduled for pickup. I'll call AGAIN TOMORROW & see what other BS they will throw at me. Never dealt with a company like this. I anticipate my attorney getting involved. I'm sure they will try to squeeze more money out me. read more

Our church hosted a 5K fun run for our town's fire department. We needed 2 port-a-johns for the event. Zters gave us a great price, delivered the units at the time they said they would. The units were prepared (cleaned, filled, and stocked) in my presence. The man delivering the units was professional, kind and friendly. The units were picked up at the time we had agreed upon. I am an assistant property manager in Surfside Beach, SC and one of my properties is having issues with the brick facade pulling away from the building. An absolute failure at every level…read more We had a crew scheduled Saturday to take our load; however, when they arrived they realized they didn't have nearly enough room in their truck and that the price would be TRIPLE the estimate. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same.
