Make sure your clients understand what is going on when you push for a rollover or whatever it's called instead of assuming and taking our hard earned income with out our permission. You don't even try to understand what the customer wants and you don't even ask to take out money you just take it out. Good business practice is to ask the customers if you can do a 1 time withdrawal from a person's account. I have had to call the BBB and inform my friends of your actions, closed my bank account and reopened another. Apparently I am not the only person this has happened to. read more

I initially gave a negative review due to miscommunication and because of the units that we rented for a backyard party being delivered dirty. Although Zters is a 3rd party company, after speaking with the supervisor, Destiny, she went above and beyond to make things right! She was thorough in her communication and made sure that after being dissatisfied, I became satisfed. Not only was this the best price, I also received EXCELLENT customer service and have decided this will be my first call for all future jobs needing bin services. Mike was professional and there was no blindsided charges added to my account. They were there when they said they would deliver, and they picked up on time as well. I rented a dumpster from Zters, they had the best prices. We dumped very minimal into this trailer but after a couple days from the date of pick up, I was charged an additional $230 for an overage. I was stunted to say the least, this was barley filled with just random trash nothing heavy. I reached out to Zters asking for verification of the trailer weight before filled and the ticket at the time of the fill. I had to email them several times and finally advised that I was going to dispute the charge and file a complaint. Then I received a lengthy email and a phone call from Will. They apologized several times and said it was a clerical error... They said they would approve the dispute with my bank. Two weeks later, the amount was back on my credit card, they did not approve the dispute. I have reached out to them twice now about that and heard nothing. BEWARE, I am not the only one that was charged extra and contested it. Just imagine how many people just thought they went over the tonnage. SAD read more

Initially, I had a negative experience with Zters with poor communication on their end. The following day, a manager got in touch with me, looked into my concerns, acknowledged the poor communication, and went back to correct the issues. If only I had been connected with management in the first place. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the bad experience at the outset. The absolute worst! Three days rental is included with $10.00 a day after that, BUT when you try to schedule a pickup, you are told that they are booked solid for another week and your credit card is charged. Rude and maybe stoned people in the call center who giggle inappropriately. read more

DO NOT USE THESE OVER PRICED BROKERS (CROOKS)!!! They do not present themselves as brokers and make it sound like they are the ones that will personally deliver. I needed to request one porta potty for a small residential project in Los Banos, CA. First time I have had to rent a porta potty. Looked on line for Los Banos Porta Potty companies and made the mistake of calling Quick Portable Toilets who in turn called ZTERS.Turns out they just called a local distributor Gary's RENT A CAN in Los Banos and Wayne delivered the porta potty. Zters, Inc is located in TEXAS and pretends to service cities all over America personally with porta potties, dumpsters, and other things.. Had I called Gary's Rent A Can direct they would have charged me $70.00 less than Zters. So to make a long story short both Quick Portable Toilets (888-673-1110) and Zters, Inc (832) 698-2178) got a piece of that extra 70.00 for just making a phone call, not to mention that they kept me on hold for ever and a day (while they worked their scam) Gary's Rent A Can (209) 667-2840) was the greatest and I really wish I would've called him first! When I called to complain I was told that it was my own fault for not shopping around and the fact that I felt they had ripped me off was just my own personal opinion...LESSON LEARNED! read more
