    1/2 small pastrami.
    Patricia J M.

I've lived in Randolph for many years. At least 25. For the past probably 8-10 yrs famil have ordered from Zorbas. Me the past 5 yrs. On 6/22 @ 7:11pm I was so upset by the pastrami subs I bought. 1 large 1 small. I boasted about it to the new neighbor. And lo and behold. I got 2 lousy hardly as much pastrami as I have ordered in the past. I was very embarrassed. I kept trying to call them and their phone number was not working so I waited for today and called and it worked. I spoke with the manager Tony. With no resolve. So that was the last time I will buy anything from Zorbas. At least an "I'm sorry mam would have sufficed". Here are a couple of pics.

meatball sub - maybe 2 actual meatballs tops total.. thats like 3 bucks a meatball..Id post the top down picture on how thin..

There is absolutely nothing fancy about this place, but the pizza is delicious & you can get a glass of decent Cabernet Sauvignon for $7.50, so I'm not complaining. The most expensive pizza is $15.60. My green pepper, onion & banana pepper pie with very light cheese was $14.40. I briefly considered the unusual beans, onion & salami pie but wasn't brave enough this time. While they do offer combos, you can mix & match any toppings you choose. The thin, crispy crust was perfection. There were 6 in my party & we each ordered our own pizza & drink. They had no problem with separate checks. While it's definitely a dive bar atmosphere, they had a pretty awesome jukebox and a full bar. There is a separate section off the decent sized parking lot for take-out. The small dining room was full the entire time we were there, although there wasn't a wait to get in. I wish I had ordered another pie to bring home. You can get them half-baked to finish in your own oven. Looking forward to returning the next time I'm near Randolph.

They should add hot honey as an option.. pepperoni and hot honey my other go to elsewhere. I ordered laced edges and pizza cooked perfect. Beers are reasonable priced. When I called, they were rude and dismissive like it was no big deal. They offered to remake the food but didn't want to give me a refund--which makes no sense. With something that disgusting in my food, I should have gotten a refund, no question. Honestly, I should have gotten both. Instead, I had to go all the way back there in person just to get my money back--even though I paid for delivery. On top of that, I ordered a steak bomb with extra meat and somehow ended up with more peppers than meat. The whole reason I paid for extra was because the last time the portions were skimpy--and I didn't even complain then. I simply asked for it to be made correctly this time. Instead, they tried to flip it and act like I was "complaining from the beginning," which wasn't true at all. When I got there, I forgot to bring the other sub with me, and they were acting like it was a hassle because of that. Mind you, I didn't eat it--I threw it away when I got home. Either way, the attitude was unnecessary. And after looking at other reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who's had issues like this. If this is what's ending up in customers' food, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. This is beyond unsanitary and honestly something the Board of Health needs to look into. Save your money and go somewhere else. I didn't order anything else from here, and I won't ever be ordering again. This place is dirty, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't care about basic food safety. My camera does suck but you get the picture looks like drain hair or pubic smh so disgusting.
