With the sauce and mozzarella cheese this was perhaps my favourite pizza since returning to the uk. My girl had a veggie spaghetti dish and cleared her plate, the best sign of a good meal. Her dish was accompanied by a bowl of freshly grated Parmesan and my pizza had a bowl of dried chillies - a nice touch that made the difference! Great stuff.
