The broth was very thick and filled with meat, not just broth, with big chunks of potatoes and carrots. The pork knuckle could be on or off the bone, it was like 2 servings. It came with white and purple sauerkraut and chives dumplings. I had the goulash, which was a hint of spicy with the paprika and onions. The dumplings (4) sopped up the rest of the gravy. The staff were very welcoming, and were happy to help us even though we only spoke English. The price is extremely reasonable, we paid about 22 euros for two entrees and three 1/2 liter beers.
