I brought it up to the staff and, instead of accepting that I was pursuing criminal investigation after being a victim of stalking, they began interrogating me and asking impertinent questions. Most of the walkers were extremely kind and helpful to my dogs. I hope they go to a better run business. The owner is very nosy and made numerous uncomfortable comments about my personal life over the years. I tried to brush it off because she was kind and good to my dogs. I am very saddened by these events and hope the other walkers I had good experiences with go elsewhere. Edit: I honestly am relieved not to be using these services anymore. I was already comparison shopping because they raise prices with no notice, but I was staying loyal to a company that treated my dogs well. I only became "hostile" when I started getting interrogated. No one asked a bunch of nosy dog walkers to be Nancy Drew. Michelle also cut my dog Vincent's whiskers multiple times after I repeatedly told her not to. She has consistently misgendered me every single time I've seen her in person in the last 5 years (I'm a transgender man). I'm honestly surprised she remembered my pronouns long enough to reply accurately to this review. Not LGBTQ+ affirming, though most of the staff are. Her most recent walker Heidi left dog pooped covered cloths for me to me to deal with after she didn't see the paper towels in clear view in my kitchen.

DO NOT USE THEM!…read more First of all, you can never get anyone live when you call and half the time they don't call you back. So every appointment made takes minimum of three days to get hold of them. And it's not because they are out and about grooming (I confirmed that they only have one groomer, Kimberly). So almost two months ago I had my first appointment with them. Kimberly was on time and friendly. Cost for my 45 lbs, short haired dog plus nail trim was $65 and took less than 20 mins. Unfortunately, my dog came back smelling as bad as she had been when given to the groomer. Almost wrote the bad review then, but wanted to give them another chance. A month later, same experience: three days of trying to get someone to call me back and then scheduled appointment for week after that. Kimberly was on time and listened to my concern over the last service. All was well, until... Now last week, I was wise and after several days of calling, I made monthly appointments so I wouldn't have to chase the owner down each month. This time though, Kimberly had a family-emergency and couldn't make it. At least they were sensible enough to call and reschedule. But on the rescheduled day, Kimberly never came and no one answered the phone (of course). I was finally called the next day and was told that sometimes Kimberly just doesn't come to work and doesn't call In to let the owner know (how does she stay employed?). Rescheduled again(!) and guess who didn't show up and who didn't call me?! You got it: Kimberly. So I called and actually got the owner for the first time ever, told him the situation and to cancel my upcoming five appointments. Here is what the owner doesn't know. I am a loyal customer. If you even provide half-decent service, I will be coming to you religiously (just ask my mail technician who I have seen every two weeks since 2017. Had appointment a week ago at 9 am and were a no show, tried to call them multiple times-no answer and mailbox full. Finally responded to me and groomer was sick. Like ok, you could have called and we would of understood but left us in the wind. Rescheduled for Sunday at 4 and....no show again. Tried to call no answer....sent me a message apologizing 2 hrs later on Facebook messenger. Not a real classy way to run a business no matter how good you cut hair or how convenient it is. Again been using for four years and no issues but to schedule appointments back to back and be a no show/no call is bad business. So best of luck to you all in the future

Dr. Garmin sat on the floor to play with my doggo to make him comfy with her. I also wanted to mention cause I saw some not great reviews regarding pricing. When I went to get charged they were going to charge me for both the visit and the removal but I brought up the phone conversation and they honored it without even checking with the staff who I spoke to. I really appreciated that. I thought that was an amazing price for both services and I appreciated how they handled the miscommunication. Great customer service!

When I called the woman who answers the phone in the office - the same one I told at the start of the year to remove me from contact, she blamed it on the boarding care side of the business. They also emailed the same with the title of "we can't wait to see XXX again". I can't tell you what sort of grief this has caused me and no one apologized to me when I called to ask AGAIN for them not to contact me - not going back there. If they contact me again for my deceased beloved pet, I'm filing a complaint - not kidding about this.

She let me pick out a haircut tailored for a cockapoo and it made all the difference in the world. This place is an "oldie but goodie" and they still have their spark.

Apparently there was a college student there on summer break related to one of the employees. Vet care is pricey but have you shopped around? Most vets in the area are more expensive. I've never had an issue with the staff. I'm positive that if those complaining had actually said something to the vet? The issue would have been resolved. Also, why leave negative reviews because a business expects payment at time of service. Huh? This is a great local vet and deserves much better than the couple of low ratings.
