I brought it up to the staff and, instead of accepting that I was pursuing criminal investigation after being a victim of stalking, they began interrogating me and asking impertinent questions. Most of the walkers were extremely kind and helpful to my dogs. I hope they go to a better run business. The owner is very nosy and made numerous uncomfortable comments about my personal life over the years. I tried to brush it off because she was kind and good to my dogs. I am very saddened by these events and hope the other walkers I had good experiences with go elsewhere. Edit: I honestly am relieved not to be using these services anymore. I was already comparison shopping because they raise prices with no notice, but I was staying loyal to a company that treated my dogs well. I only became "hostile" when I started getting interrogated. No one asked a bunch of nosy dog walkers to be Nancy Drew. Michelle also cut my dog Vincent's whiskers multiple times after I repeatedly told her not to. She has consistently misgendered me every single time I've seen her in person in the last 5 years (I'm a transgender man). I'm honestly surprised she remembered my pronouns long enough to reply accurately to this review. Not LGBTQ+ affirming, though most of the staff are. Her most recent walker Heidi left dog pooped covered cloths for me to me to deal with after she didn't see the paper towels in clear view in my kitchen.

Chase was dying from cancer and needed a special touch of love and care that boarding couldn't offer. I asked my vet at Jolly Pond for suggestions, and she highly recommended Susan and her staff. After meeting Susan and seeing her interact with my sweet boy, I knew I could leave confident that Chase was in the best possible care. That was only confirmed upon my return. If that wasn't enough, Susan made it a point to call me after Chase passed away to offer the most sincere condolences and sympathies. The staff at Bubble Buddies don't just run the routine of pet care, they really care about the pet and family too. They always go above and beyond. Now, two years later, I am happy to say I still use Bubble Buddies to help care for my 16mo. old Boxer mix, Harley Quinn. One is ten years old and the other a little more than 1 1/2 years old--and we were very concerned about their welfare without us around to take care of them. (Yes, they're both spoiled.) We decided that leaving them at home would be better than boarding them and contacted Sarah based upon the recommendation of our groomer. We could not have been more pleased with the result. Sarah had three young people who made four visits each day for the 2+ week period. They reliably showed up on time each day and fed, walked and played with the dogs during the visits. (It did take a couple of days before the dogs adjusted to the change in their routines but they generally did adjust--although one had eating issues but that was because he is a little neurotic and had nothing to do with the care provided. In fact, the sitters went out of their way to work with that particular dog to get him to eat.) We received detailed daily reports about each visit by email, with pictures. Most importantly, we were quickly contacted with any issues or questions that arose. We would absolutely use Sarah Sits again and highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to have pets cared for in their own environments.

While we still feel anxious boarding them, our dogs are always happy and in very good shape. They do not have any stress when we take them there, which is a good sign. Additionally, our dogs and their bedding return to us without the smell that often results from boarding. I cannot recommend them enough! Upon pickup I was informed that one of my dogs had a spot on the top of her head that was bleeding a little bit, which was not super out of the ordinary. The staff let me know that she thought it was "old lady spots," and that she cleaned it up and put some cream on it. I didn't think too much of it and took my dogs home. Later in the day I realized that she was actually covered in small wounds on the top of her head and three large wounds along the back of her neck. Brought her into my vets office and they confirmed it looks as though she got her head stuck under a chain link fence and tore up her head and neck. It greatly concerns me that no one was around to notice this or even bring it to my attention. I called this morning to inquire about anything additional that may have happened and they told me they had no idea. I feel terrible for letting my dog stay here when she already tends to be slow to warm to new environments. Please beware of this kennel. I have brought my dogs to several kennels over the years since we are a military family and never had anything like this occur.
