I was already comparison shopping because they raise prices with no notice, but I was staying loyal to a company that treated my dogs well. They told me they would charge me $25 for his senior well visit and the stitch removal was going to be complimentary over the phone. When I went to get charged they were going to charge me for both the visit and the removal but I brought up the phone conversation and they honored it without even checking with the staff who I spoke to. I really appreciated that. I thought that was an amazing price for both services and I appreciated how they handled the miscommunication. Great customer service!
