I was out of town that same week and my husband had some friends pick him up to go out on Saturday evening. As luck would have it, he ended up locking himself out of the house (his house key is on his car keys and he ran out of the garage while it was closing!). After calling a locksmith while sitting in the driveway, he called me to let me know about his predicament. I reminded him that we had just given an extra key to Debbie and he should try to give her a call. Long story short, Debbie graciously went to pick up our key from our dog walker and agreed to meet us at nearby business around 9pm on a Saturday night. Did I mention it was raining?? Pretty awesome customer service, and just a really nice group of people. We will definitely continue using Wagging Tails and recommending them to friends!

She even brought a harness when my little escape artist needed it. I trust her completely and am bummed she won't be going with us when we move in January.
