Unfortunately, the owner never took accountability or gave me a genuine apology at the LEAST. I made a google review after the disappointing phone call I had with the owner when addressing my concerns. Even with photo evidence of my dog before and after the groom attached to the review, the owner of bubbles and bark responded with a backhanded comment and doubling down on the lie that my pup came in "extensively matted and with poop stuck on his butt" causing them to cut him. My puppy was groomed not even a full month before his groom at bubbles and bark so his groomer had a VERY easy base to start with. He's well taken care of and I brush him every other day. He's also not a wiggly guy when preforming grooming or vet services on him. This led me to think it was a simple accident that they do not want to apologize or take accountability for. It is wrong how they respond to criticism from clients for the treatment of their pets. I hope one day they take responsibility for their actions.
