From the initial phone call, I was impressed due to how polite staff was and the fact I could get an appointment for the week. I haven't been to boutique a yo yo since about 2015. I have such fond memories of taking our family…read moredogs to get washed as a kid and they would always come back with cute little bandanas around their neck and smelling sooooo good. I recently purchased a caockapoo in September of 2024 and had no idea where to take him. I remembered boutique a yo yo and I am so happy with the results. She let me pick out a haircut tailored for a cockapoo and it made all the difference in the world. It took me a while to find a place bc I heard all the horror stories of owners taking their dogs to groomers and their haircuts coming out "butchered". This place is an "oldie but goodie" and they still have their spark.

I read many bad reviews on google for this place but decided to give them a chance because my…read moreregular groomer was over booked. This turned out to be a huge mistake. When i got my dog back he had hair all over him flying all over my car. It seems after they give a haircut they do not brush the dogs. Then the groomer claimed my dog was aggressive and tried to bite her. My dog is 3 years old and always hets glowing reviews. To top it off the charged $55 for a small breed dog. 20 more than I would usually pay for a much worse job. When I got home my dog was itchy for the whole day and I ended up having to give him a bath for relief...the same day I paid to get him groomed! Do yourself and your pet a favor and go elsewhere! Your wallet and your pet will thank you.

Give this place a pass. Wendy Keene runs dog training classes out of here at night and grooms…read moreduring the day. She is ineffective to say the least. Charges ten dollars and carries on about drimmeling a dog's nails every two weeks being necessary. Give me a break! Who believes this nonsense. Professes that using baby voice is the way to train your dog. Spends almost the entire hour of the class talking about how wonderful she is and her Bernese Mountain dogs. This place is a joke. She has a bunch of groupies hanging around feeding her ego when in fact it would be kinder to give her a reality check. Her "assistant" seems more squared away than she is. Our dog learned more at home than she did attending the class. $200 I will never see again and weeks of an hour class that I will never get back. Lose Lose.

We have boarded our two dogs at several facilities in the Williamsburg area. Due to lack of space…read moreat our usual place we went to St. Francis Pet Resort. We were extremely pleased at the ease of check-in, and although the space they were assigned was not huge it was quite adequate. The most impressive point, however, was when we picked up our kids. At some facilities they would look haggard and almost traumatized, and would often have digestive problems thereafter. When we picked up our kids from St. Francis, however, they were bright eyed and active, and very animated in their greeting. We have had no trouble with digestive issues, and they have settled in at home as if they had never been gone. We highly recommend St. Francis, and are happy that we brought our kids to their facility.

Kimchi is easy going, and though would have no problem being boarded in a kennel, being able to stay in someone's home was the best experience. We did a meet and greet and felt completely comfortable leaving our baby with Paw Addicts for the week. We received frequent updates (with pictures like this one!) on how she was doing. They paid special attention to her knee as she is still recovering from knee surgery. Upon picking her up, she was soft and clean as they gave her a bath and washed her bedding. Julia, her family, and their cute pup Bruce did an amazing job making Kimchi feel at home and cared for. Paw Addicts will be the first place I'll reach out to, and highly recommend!
