Most of the walkers were extremely kind and helpful to my dogs. I hope they go to a better run business. The owner is very nosy and made numerous uncomfortable comments about my personal life over the years. I tried to brush it off because she was kind and good to my dogs. I am very saddened by these events and hope the other walkers I had good experiences with go elsewhere. Edit: I honestly am relieved not to be using these services anymore. I was already comparison shopping because they raise prices with no notice, but I was staying loyal to a company that treated my dogs well. I only became "hostile" when I started getting interrogated. No one asked a bunch of nosy dog walkers to be Nancy Drew. Michelle also cut my dog Vincent's whiskers multiple times after I repeatedly told her not to. She has consistently misgendered me every single time I've seen her in person in the last 5 years (I'm a transgender man). I'm honestly surprised she remembered my pronouns long enough to reply accurately to this review. Not LGBTQ+ affirming, though most of the staff are. I've been bringing my dogs to On Command Dog Training for at least 3 years now. I've had the…read morepleasure of receiving dog training from 7 different trainers (1 was a substitute). Each trainer was extremely professional, knowledgeable and able to effectively communicate the lesson material, corrections to my dogs' behavior, suggestions for additional training, and most importantly, providing me the skills and confidence to continue to train my dog outside of the classroom. Another major, and I mean big deal "major", valued trait about all the On Command Trainers I've had, is their non-stop emphasis on using positive reinforcement to correct a dog's behavior. Personally, I've found that positive reinforcement leaves an open and enthusiastic communication channel between me and my dogs; my dogs don't shut down to training because they are being yelled at, just the opposite, my dogs keep an open mind and are eager to learn new things because they are strongly and positively encouraged to do the right thing. Hey, I'm not saying training can't be frustrating, but I've learned from On Command that negative actions and comments shut your dog down, they loose confidence and, for them, training isn't fun anymore. My experiences with On Command Dog Training have been extremely valuable to enhancing the safety and enjoyment of my life with my dogs. I strongly recommend them.

Franny is a Goldendoodle and has been extremely healthy for all of her 11+ years. She is the light of our lives! Gentle, has never bitten anyone ever - nor snarled! She is getting older but still is able to jump, run, catch balls, understand English (I promise) and has the best disposition. We have 8 grandchildren, and none of the tugging and smothering ever provokes her - when she's through, she just walks away.
