More Than a Grooming Salon -- A Place Where Your Fur Baby Becomes Family! Where do I begin?…read moreBubbles and Bath Pet Grooming & Spa is so much more than a grooming salon. It's a place filled with love, patience, kindness, and genuine care for our precious fur babies! As a first-time dog mom to my beloved Mr. Snuggles, finding someone I could trust with him was extremely important to me. From the very beginning, the owner and her wonderful team made us feel like family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is exceptional, and most importantly, they treat Mr. Snuggles with such gentleness and care. What truly touched my heart was that the owner didn't just focus on grooming my pup. She took the time to educate me! She patiently taught me how to properly brush, maintain, and care for his beautiful coat throughout the different seasons. And here's what made that even more meaningful: Her advice was never about getting me to spend more money or purchase unnecessary services. It was about helping me understand my dog's needs, keeping his coat healthy and comfortable, and making his grooming experience easier and more enjoyable. As a new dog mom, that meant the world to me! Today, I'm so proud to say that because of her guidance, I've learned how to properly care for Mr. Snuggles' fur between grooming appointments. That's knowledge and confidence I will carry with me for years to come. There's something truly special about people who don't just provide a service but genuinely care about the well-being of the animals entrusted to them. Trust is everything when you're placing a beloved pet in someone else's hands. Knowing Mr. Snuggles is being treated with love, patience, and kindness gives me such peace of mind. To the owner and the entire Bubbles and Bath family from the young lady who's at the front counter, shampoo guy(always stylish) the styliers/groomers-everyone, thank you for your beautiful hearts, your professionalism, your patience, and the love you show Mr. Snuggles. You haven't just earned a loyal customer; you've earned our trust, appreciation, and a special place in our hearts. With love and gratitude, Mr. Snuggles and his proud dog mom!

I'm updating my review after two years since getting my Cavapoo puppy, Ellie:…read more Bubbles & Bath is fabulous. They do a wonderful job and the price is reasonable. However, after a few interactions with a certain employee at this groomer's, I have to leave a complaint. I believe this employee was hired around summer time when I first brought my dog in for a haircut. They have a round face and curly black hair. Initially, I figured they were in training so I didn't say anything about the person not being knowledgeable when I asked certain questions. However, I recently went to have my dog groomed for the second time and this person was very rude to me over the phone and in person. I called the groomer's to check in on Ellie during her service which was from 9:30-12:30. I was told I'd receive a call about 12:15 or so. I didn't so I called them myself. This person picked up the phone and I asked if they could give me a rough estimate of when my dog would be finished. She said, "We can't give you an estimate. She just got on the table." I was polite and said, "Ok, no worries. Thank you" Click. She hung up without saying anything else. Prior to coming, I asked her about anal gland expression to which she said, "It's when we express their anal glands". I said, "Yes, I understand that but can you please tell me more" the other woman who was older in purple and had more experience had to step in and explain to me. This woman has always been very friendly. This afternoon, I brought in the tip for the services provided yesterday since I forgot to give it to the groomer yesterday. Upon walking in, I said, "Hi, I'm so sorry but I forgot to tip yesterday. I wanted to make sure you got your money!" The girl with curly hair said, "Ok" and turned her back on me. The older woman in the back mouthed "Thank you!" which I appreciated. I'm not one to leave a bad review for a wonderful business but I was offended by this employee's demeanor. Not friendly whatsoever. Very off putting. I am considering going elsewhere, but B & B really is an amazing spot.

I just wanted something a little bit more convenient for this appointment so I called Aussie pet Mobile to see if they had availability. **STUNNING SHOW-DOG QUALITY GROOMING AT YOUR DOOR!**…read more I can't say enough amazing things about this business! My Cavapoo puppy, Ellie, hadn't been groomed since Halloween due to my own health complications and hospitalizations. Normally, she's groomed every six weeks, and her hair grows super fast. With her nails getting long and matting starting to form, I was getting anxious--I never want her to feel uncomfortable! I had a grooming appointment scheduled for later this month, but I just couldn't wait any longer and needed to find someone quickly. That's when I reached out to Aussie Pet Mobile using their online request form, and I'm so glad I did! Josh called me the next morning and was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive. He spent 20 minutes on the phone answering every single question I had with patience and confidence. His level of care and attention made me feel so excited for Ellie's appointment! Josh stayed in touch via text to confirm everything, and Ellie was groomed within 48 hours of my initial request! The entire process was seamless, and the quality of grooming was truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the results (her groomer was Lo!!), and Ellie looks and feels fabulous! If you're looking for top-notch, compassionate, and convenient grooming, this is it. I highly recommend this business and have already made another appointment in February for Ellie!
