If you want no-nonsense, professional service from some real down-to-earth guys call AZ Towing in Yukon, OK! If you want to waste your time and money, call AAA. Charlie and his brothers are lifesavers. I was driving cross country from LA to Chicago in April 2026. I popped my tires right outside of OKC on a tiny residential road. It was just after sunset and I was near broke. I waited nearly three hours for AAA to pair me up with a tow service (which of course they never did). I was pulling at my hair not knowing what to do. It was dark. I was stranded in a city I didn't know. AAA let me down. That's when I decided to seek out a local tow service and discovered that AZ Towing was only a few blocks down. Charlie was there in under 10 minutes around 1 AM. He was super helpful in giving advice and reassurance to me, a new driver with little money, and told me that I could even get my tow invoice reimbursed by AAA! When I expressed concerns about possibly needing to have my rims replaced by Discount Tire, he called his brother who offered to sell me the 4-set of his fancy new tires for only $200! I slept in the Discount Tire parking lot that night and they drove out at 3 AM just to deliver those new tires. The next morning, Charlie even drove out to Discount Tire to talk to the manager and make sure he wasn't trying to screw me. I ended up getting my tires replaced by Discount Tire entirely for FREE (despite not having a warranty) all because Charlie came to help me out. Ultimately, I didn't end up needing my rims replaced so I gave the fancy tires back to Charlie and his brothers and they gave me my money back. Great guys, wishing them the best.

Carlos, the driver, was freaking AWESOME, which is the only reason it gets so many stars. I'd give…read moreCarlos 10 stars. The company itself? They claim to be open 24 hours. They ARE NOT. I called at 6:30 am to be towed to my mechanic for a dead battery. If I'd been towed, and the battery replaced, I could have made it to work on time. BUT - the person who answered said they didn't open until 8:00 am (even though ALL THEIR ADVERTISING & THEIR WEBSITE SAID 24 HOURS), and they could get someone to me by 9:00. I called back at 9:30 - and they had forgotten I was supposed to be towed. Carlos showed up just after 10:00 (yay Carlos!). Carlos was amazing. He hooked up my car and was a total champ about helping me get into his GINORMOUS truck (really - the first step was higher than my waist, there was no way I was going to be able to climb into that truck with both a mostly healed broken arm and a newly broken foot - don't ask, I live dangerously). When we got to the mechanic's, he jumped out and was ready to help my get out of his truck - because there was no way I could jump that far down with my broken foot. Super kudos to Carlos for going above and beyond! UR Towing did not provide Carlos with a way to receive payment. They had to text me a payment code, I paid immediately, and then they called less than 10 minutes after sending me the code to ask when I was going to pay them. I'd already paid them! I told them that, gave them the confirmation code I'd received, and told them I felt they treated their employees terribly because the driver didn't have the basic tools he needed to complete his job. I am not going to use UR Towing again because the company feels shady and under-handed, and I am not pleased that their employees have no method to take payment, that the switchboard (or owner, I don't know) calls the driver in the middle of a tow to have him go pick up some other car/person (couldn't tell which, wasn't my business, but I was right there and couldn't help hearing) - right then - even though they knew he was already towing a car and the only way he could tow a different car/pick someone else up was to dump my car - or me! - on the side of the road. It makes me wonder if he would have been forced to dump my car or me at the side of the road to get this other car/person, and then who knows what would have happened to my car - or to me? if I hadn't been in the truck with Carlos, what would they have done to make him divert from his current task? I could see how conflicted Carlos was and heard the pressure put on him to go get the pther car/person. Fortunately (I guess), Carlos' phone was not working well, and the call kept getting dropped, and Carlos kept driving towards my mechanic's, and by the time he got a good signal and was able to take the call, we arrived, so ethical dilemma solved. I would 100% have Carlos tow me again - he's Good People - but I am not using UR Towing and I am reluctant to recommend them.
