My mother was involved in an accident a few days ago, Car cab is the company the police called. A young gentleman I don't exactly remember his name I'm pretty sure it was kaden or Jaiden. He got there made it quick to clean up the road so the cars got out of the way of traffic and as my mother is very distraught being in the accident this amazing young man took about 10 minutes of his time to sit there and calm my mother down explained every single detail she needed to know and even tried to comfort her from a personal standpoint. His exact words were "sweetheart your life is far more important than this car, just breathe , we will figure it out". To see such a young man be able to address a situation like that as well as promptly do the job he was called for really made me see that some people really got raised right. But honestly, if the second experience had been my first time with them, I would never call them again. With a 25 year old car, sometimes I will need towing. I know this, and I am willing to pay for it. But when you're spending well over $100 for a tow, you kinda expect a wee bit of politeness. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT 24 hour towing, either, depending on who you talk to. The first time, they asked if I wanted to pay the emergency tow charge or wait until rates dropped at 9:00 am. Since I knew my car would take a week to repair, I was willing to wait for the rates to drop to the daytime rate. The second time, I was totally willing to pay the night time tow charge, and was told point-blank they did not tow before 10:00 am, and they MIGHT be able to get to my place around 10:30. So, when you call, you're taking your chances on whether you get a polite person or a rude person. 9/28/23 - OK, cracked CV boot, going to try them for a 3rd time - let's see how it goes this time.
