Amazing service, fast and efficient - very reasonably priced and great to work with! A car was being donated to my place of business but was at a nearby auto shop. Googled towing companies in Edmond and came across Paul's Towing - they were highly rated, and this was obvious why! I called A day in advance to begin to set things up. Paul himself answered and was very professional and easy to deal with. He suggested calling back in the morning and assured me it wouldn't take long from the time I called to get the car. Called the next day, he remembered me, and activated the tow. Got a phone call from the driver when he was on the wY to pick up the car - appreciated that so I was ready! They were lightning fast - from the time they let me know they were on the way, to my work - it was maybe 30-40 min. Very fast, efficient and professional. I was also very pleased with the price. Broke down last Saturday night in Norman, OK after OU Football game on the way back to OKC. Had to leave the car overnight in a parking lot on I-240. Called several towing services Sunday and either they didn't answer, hung up or had to leave a message. Called Paul's and J.W. answered. He was available and met us on time. He loaded the car on the rollback tow truck and we headed home to NW OKC. He unloaded the car perfectly. Very professional all the way around. Certainly knew his job. Highly recommend. I was travelling and in a place I wasn't familiar with when my car broke down on a Sunday. My car insurance's app said it was going to be 3 hours before someone could help me. I am SO impressed with this company...the owner and the driver! My daughter had a car accident and her car had to be towed away. She's a student and we're 1 1/2 hrs away. She was scared and shaken up. They gave her a ride home and she said the driver was so nice to her and helped calm her. That' s a big deal to a mom who was just trying to get there ASAP. Paul and his son Brandon are top notch. They were there in 15 minutes. They had to call another truck because of how I was parked. Second truck was there in 10 minutes. Paul said, "I think I can get your car started and save you a lot of money". In 5 minutes he had my car running and only charged me for a jump start although he had brought out two truck.
