    I came here earlier today to get my car washed. After my car went through the wash, the employee sped fast into the drying area and hit the black stool with the right front side of my car (with the bumper, not the tire). It was reckless! I did not spend my money for them to hit things with my car. It does not matter how nice your car is, this is unacceptable. I am not happy with this type of customer service and I will not be coming back here again. If I could I would give this place a 0/5 stars, not a 1. The negative reviews about this place are right.

    Just had my Ford Escape done here at the Hammer Lane location. Asking for a manager doesn't seem to help. Apparently they don't have them on site. Paid 233.99 and have 4 different locations of damage to my vehicle including one very obviously a track mark down the back - automated car wash? Still have general dirt all round the inside near the doors from tracked in dirt _ not heavy, not muddy, just dirt. Under the mats - mats specified as being cleaned on receipt - still lots of dirt. At the back of the cushion of the seats there is still the general dirt you get from sitting in a seat over and over again. Not even wiped. Easy to access portions of the seat wiped down with an armor all type cleaner but only on the main portions. For an hour+ wait for a 'detail' this doesn't even match up to most interior general washes. Damage to 3 different sections of the exterior of my vehicle makes it much less than worth it. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

    I paid for a Mini Detail. With a 3rd row it came out to $249. It was definitely not worth it. I was there for 2 hours. Extremely disappointed with how they left my car. For 250 I could have called a movile detailer and they would have done it at my home. And they broke a little cover that goes around my rearview mirror. Sucker poped off while driving home!

    Center console

    I got the $50 wash, which is the most expensive wash you can get there, and was greatly disappointed. I asked if the worker could clean out a specific spot for me, the cup holder/center console, because there was a small spill and they reassured me it would be taken care of and was not. Not only that but days later I go to grab something from my trunk and see that it was never even vacuumed. Quite literally the bare minimum and less.

    Sometimes a photo can't get the full extent, but my dash under the windshield was clearly not even touched nor was the back seat

    Terrible customer service. Went in with the intent on not only getting my oil changed here as I have done in the past but also get my car washed on the interior and exterior. I do understand that Just exterior wash is included with oil change but the guy asked me if I wanted to pay for the interior cleaning and I replied yes. He then informed me that it's $15 and I said yes please It was a very long wait and it is a very hot day. When they finally waived the washcloth in the air in the detailing area and told me my car was done, I assumed it was all good to go. But as I'm approaching the inside of the car I can see it has not been touched. They really made no apology except to say that the oil change people don't communicate well with the car wash people which is not a me problem. It's a them problem. I don't know if they're under two different ownerships or two different management but that is not advertised. So my assumption would be they know how to communicate and get the job done and have good customer service. The guy did not offer an incentive. He didn't truly offer an apology. He just blamed it on the on the other half. Unacceptable. So I go into pay for the car wash interior to be completed and he comes in to say I didn't let him finish talking. I asked him if he was there to offer me a discount and he said no. Basically he just wanted to reiterate it was the other person's fault. I then paid for the interior to get done and as I was driving away saw that they had barely touched my car. The windshield dash area is filthy and the backseat was never even touched. I remember when this used to be a really good place to get your oil changed and get your car washed and cleaned up. I would never spend not another dime here, especially for the length of the wait.

    Paid $60 for a wash and clean the inside, honestly the inside isn't great. The stuff they use to wipe on is protectorant you could see where they just wiped on parts of it and missed other parts. There's still wetness in the bottom of my cup holders. The interior still had smudges and stuff that obviously weren't even touched. The driver's floor mat although it has some wetness is still dirty. Definitely not worth $60. I will not return that's for sure.

    I will be the first to admit my Sienna had quite a bit of sand from a recent trip to a Bay Area dog park with my non-shedding, Golden Doodle along with short, white hairs from an emergency trip to the vet with my senior, elderly pit bull mix so I wasn't expecting a miracle. I had told the employee creating the tickets that I had 8 rubber mats to wash as well. He asked if I had third row seating that needed done, I said, "No." When I was first told the car was ready, the rubber mats were still sopping wet and heaped onto of the fabric dog bed. I am disabled so resorting all this back out is difficult with a bad back and paralyzed leg. When the Assistant Manager, Xavier, saw me pulling the wet mats off the fabric dog bed, noticing 3 rubber mats had not been washed at all. He stated there were "only 4 mats mentioned on the ticket" so I needed to pay $6 more for the remaining, small mats. Not a problem. I went back inside and paid for the mats. When I came back outside, Javier/Xavier (?) was instructing his crew to vacuum more thoroughly and dry the mats off a bit before putting them back in. He was doing ALOT of the work HIMSELF and was a good role model for his employees. I bieve the best judge of a company is not when everything goes perfectly...but when something goes WRONG and the Agency has to RECOVER. I gave 5 Stars and a $30.00 TIP because Xavier did not complain, told me what needed to be done from my end and immediately engaged his crew in fixing the problem. WELL DONE, Javier and your ZOOM crew!

There's a reason why I've never stopped going here for all of my cars & the same goes for my parents. This place has become my family's go-to mechanic as my grandma also goes here now after we recommended she take the over 30-year old car with over 200,000 miles on it here as she refused to give up on getting it fixed. My grandma's previous mechanic failed/refused to repair it but United Auto took on the beast of a job & got it done. The owner Teddy even towed her car from her house to their shop & back for free whenever a new issue occurred while she's at home or work rather than her taking it over herself & getting a ride as she's the only driver in her household; also giving her discounts throughout the process. They also replaced an entire engine in my Mom's car. The team at United Auto Repair do a wonderful job on all of my family's different types & ages of cars. They are genuinely good people that make me feel like I'm not being ripped off as their prices seem reasonable to me; a person who is sort of a car-fanatic. I feel like my cars are in good hands in their care & my family & I will continue to recommend them to our family & friends the same way I'm recommending them to the reader of this lengthy feedback.

    These guys literally saved my life…read more I took my car in for a 2nd opinion yesterday and THANK GOD I did. They did a complete inspection of my suspension system. Then took me in to see my car and walked me through every part that needed to be replaced/repaired and explained the issue and severity. That has NEVER happened at any other shop. They gave me several estimates to help break down the repairs for me. I knew how serious it was when they had me sign a disclaimer stating basically that they informed me of the severe issues with my car and I was knowingly driving an unsafe car. That freaked me out a bit. Took my car back today first thing in the morning to fix the things they considered priority (brakes, driver side axle, and wheel bearings). They did the work. When it was done, they took me in again to show me something completely frightening. They explained that the second they took the tire off, the axle completely broke APART and the pieces were lying on the floor in front of me. The only the thing that kept the pieces together was the tire holding it in place. Once the tire came off, the axle fell into pieces. I wish I took a picture. It was terrifying. Had they not pressed into me how serious the issues with my car was, the axle and brakes could've come apart on my way to work. Could've been in an accident. Could've been in an accident with my family in the car. Caused an accident. They literally saved my life. I can't even imagine what could've happened to me had I kept driving my car in the state it was in. I am beyond grateful.

    A while back, I visited this shop for a quote on a valve body repair because my car was revving…read morepast 5,000 RPMs at low speeds and etc. I explained the situation to the front desk team, but in hindsight, I probably gave too much detail prior to giving the reason why I was actually here. They understandably assumed I wanted a full diagnosis because of the different issues described rather than just a quote for the valve body repair. And to be honest, that's what the process should be like. Because what if I am wrong about the prognosis, ya know? After dropping off my car, I later received a call letting me know they don't work on transmission-valve body replacements and was charged for the diagnostic, along with a recommendation to another shop. At the time, it felt like I paid for a referral, which didn't sit right with me. Recently, I came back to discuss this with the owner, Richard. We had a great conversation and agreed it was simply a misunderstanding during a very busy day. Keep in mind that Richard is also not the person who took my car in. I am sure if he was there when I first walked in, he would have recommended me elsewhere. But what stood out to me was Richard's professionalism and integrity. You have no idea how easily he could have said "no" to my visit today because at the end of the day I signed off on the paperwork prior to handing off the keys. But instead, he took the time to hear me out and make things right--not because of the money, but because he truly cares about the customer. That kind of passion and commitment is rare in the industry, and it's clear he's one of the only ones to have maintained it for however long he's been in the business, respectfully. That said, the shop itself is spacious and welcoming, not cramped like some places that make you feel rushed. Plus, the location is great--lots of nearby stores and even a gym if you want to kill time while waiting. If you're looking for a place that values honesty and customer care, this is it. Five stars to Richard, his establishment, and the team. And if you made it this far, it's only fair that you pay them a visit :)

    Took my truck to get the gas tank replaced after it was drilled into. They got it done but then a…read moreweek or so later my check engine light turned on and I took it back and it turns out they ordered & installed the wrong size tank. That's fine, whatever mistakes happen. I take it back for them to fix their mistake and they call me the next day at 1:30pm to tell me it's ready. I was at work, but I left an hour early to be there before they close at 5pm. I pulled up at 4:40pm, gates are closed and there's a security. I ask him if they're closed and he opens the door to check with the workers (I can literally see them just sitting inside talking) -- they say they're closed. I ask "I can't just pick up my truck?" He asks me which truck and opens the door to the workers again and then back to me and says "nah, come back tomorrow". I wasn't mad about the wrong size fuel tank, but I didn't realize I had to call beforehand to ASK the employees to do their job until they actually close at 5pm. Look I get it. I work for a small business in town and we also close at 5, but we wouldn't turn away a customer that comes close to closing out of sheer laziness. They were there, I was there, it shouldn't have been an issue. Reply to owner: I appreciate the response but I answered and told the guy I'd be there before closing, which I was. I had also been at work and had to leave early to make it before 5pm. It was definitely not after 5pm when I arrived.
