I have used them many times however today was once of the best experiences yet. He came out to help with a freezer door that was installed wrong when Home Depot delivered it. He not only found the issue but checked the rest of the refrigerator to make sure if there was anything else wrong. He did this he cares about his customers and doing the best job possible. Wow!!! I would give even more stars if I could!!! Zoltan's very quick response to our problem we have had with our dishwasher was incredible. I called and they were at our house the very next day. The thing that stood out the most to me was that they actually cared about what they do and providing that customer satisfaction and worked HARD in trying to figure out our unique problem with our dishwasher. Zoltan is reliable and prices his work fairly. Have had issues with a refrigerator in the garage a couple time in last six months. Zoltan appeared both times within his projected window. Called two weeks ago about a washer that was broken. They were unavailable for a week, so we agreed on an appointment day when they were available. They gave me a time block between 10-2. After a couple texts I sent around 1:30, they finally arrived at 1:56. They diagnosed the problem, but said they couldn't get the part because their distributors didn't cover it. $99, a week later, and a day of work gone I know what the problem is, but don't have a solution. read more

After 2.5 years in my new construction home my fancy in wall microwave gave out. After getting referrals from next door I chose Zoltan. His response was quick and he made an appointment within a few days and showed up on time. He communicated via text prior to showing up and gave me a reasonable window of time. His initial cost to estimate was reasonable which he then followed up with a full estimate to repair the microwave. Unfortunately it took a little time to order parts but he contacted me when they came in and set up another appointment. His office communicates well and Zoltan was very professional. My microwave is repaired, although a bit costly, which Knew it would be due to the type of microwave it is. Nonetheless I highly recommend Zoltan due to his good customer service and knowledge to repair my Microwave. If I have any other appliance issues I will call Zoltan. read more

Our GE double oven completely shut down after three years. We contacted Zoltan Appliance Repair and he came to our home within the week. All other repair services were scheduling appointments from 3-4 weeks. He found the issue but needed to have a specific piece of equipment and came back the next day. He was able to remove the broken piece and ordered a new item from General Electric. The item arrive by mail 4 days later and Zoltan returned the next day. He charged us for only ONE SERVICE call and a very reasonable amount for labor. I will call him again without hesitation and highly recommend him for any appliance repairs! read more

The washing machine lid closed sensor wasn't working properly so I called Zoltan Appliance Repair. I was able to get an appointment for the next day even though his schedule was already full.
