This has happened multiple times over the last few months and finally we decided to complain. The employees are rude and instead of taking responsibility they tried to turn it round on us saying the food was fine! We ordered our food at 7:35pm and didn't get a replacement sent out till 10pm. We asked for a refund and they flat out refused to give us one. Our Friday night ruined!! Avoid at all costs!!
