It's a 3.5 star from me, but they have potential to make 4 star with some minor changes. The food needs more spices and more salt. The naan is very large, much larger than the average, this I like. Aloo gobi is cooked nicely, but too plain in flavour. Chicken tikka starter was good, albeit very slightly dry, which can happen given it's boneless. Aloo chops was alright, batter could have had more crunch to it. Keema naan needed more spice. The complimentary mint yoghurt sauce was very good, but it seems this is what they serve to any appetiser, the same sauce. They kindly gave us a double portion of this. The ordering process is a bit odd, they have you sit down at a round table before you enter the main area and take your drinks order and give you menus, while your table is being set up. This makes sense in a busy full restaurant, not when it's empty at 6pm. Prices are cheaper than average, you get an after eight mint with your bill and a hot towel. The lights are cool, purple, pink, blue, a bit like a wedding type of ambiance light. Wish I could give it 4 stars. read more
