They quickly responded, gave me all the information I needed to understand the costs of the move (best rates I have come across), and let me know they could have someone for me tomorrow. The guys called me about 45 minutes before the window of arrival to say that they could be at my place in 20 minutes if that was okay (much appreciated). They were courteous, professional, made sure all my things were where I wanted them (offered to move things around for me several times), and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving.
